My Gopro worked for one week before the wifi feature failed, not allowing me to connect to the remote, my cell phone or any other device. But I will say gopro provided me with another camera ,and were very helpful.They went above and beyond to make sure I got another camera in time for my vacation.(they honored their warranty) But my review is not over. One and a half days into my vacation, my gopro fell off my motorcycle, (and was lost) , at 75 miles per hour, due to the plastic handle bar mount that broke in half. I called them again. This has to be at least 10 times. And by the way each call has a waiting time of at least 15 minutes. I asked them to replace that camera, but they looked into it and said no, however, they did allow me to purchase another one at a discount.

Battery didn't hold too long after using for few months. Called Go Pro customer service and asked for new replacement. but now no answers

Battery does not last a long time I don't think is great porduct.

This was a terrible camera as they make it seem so easy. It's not for beginners. I ended up having to give it away I was so frustrated.

got this for my 15 y/o son for Christmas who is a boy scout and goes on outings often. he loves it!

This card did not work. Tried it in several different devices. Returning it.

Didn't like it. One more thing to carry around. No flash. And kinda slow

Excellent photo quality. Much better than smartphone quality.

Beware. I received this camera and it would not connect to wifi on a PC, windows phone, or an apple Ipad. The support website states that you should update the firm ware.....by wifi? Do you see the issue. The other way is manual, one must first download software from their site then transfer it to your microSD card. The only problem is once you placed in the camera it is now write protected. Now you can't write the software to the disk and it won't re-format. The customer support had no idea how to solve the issue. This is going back ASAP. Buyer beware!

Right out of the box. Wanted to check if updates available. Could not download update or GoProSuite software. Tried on 2 PC and 1 Mac. Downloaded GoPro App. Could not view images. Could not Power Down camera with APP or manually. Removing battery is only way to turn OFF. Switched microSD cards. Placed both cards in phone and was able to see images. But GoProApp won't detect SD card, PC won't detect GoPro. Too much time spent on it already, going to return and wait a few more years before trying it again. Oh, I followed every suggestion GoPro had on their Support page. None could get the unit working as it should.
