HASSLE FREE SERVICE!!!! Within 45 minutes, the Geek Squad was able to install, initialize and configure a RAM chip into my parents' laptop I had purchased in the past but never got around to. They were knowledgeable, efficient and they even cleaned out the laptop as well free of charge. Their service was top-notch, professional & of an excellent value. I would highly recommend their services! Nothing but positive things to say about the local Best Buy Geek Squad! FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!

My power supply fan went on my pc and it had to be replaced so i did some shopping around and BestBuy had the best prices and what i needed. Edgard in geek squad suggested i get the EVGA - 80 PLUS 600W and installed it faster than he said would take to do. However; once home and reconnected my pc had issues connecting my Bose speakers again and suffice to say i was upset. I called and informed them for the issue and that i would be returning with the computer shortly but was informed that the tech who serviced my computer would be leaving before i got there. I was raging took my pc for a simple repair and it got jacked up in the process . Once i entered the store went directly to geek squad and had full intentions of giving them an ear full. I was met by David the geek squad supervisor and was completely disarmed. Most likely he was informed of my pending arrival and was quick to ensure that they would work relentlessly to find out what was wrong and get my pc back to its original running order. What impressed me more was that Edgard remained in the store to help resolve my issues despite that his shift was over and that he needed to leave. Talk about dedication. As Edgard worked with my pc to figure out the problem David continually stopped by to check out the progress. The speakers would work than stop repeatedly and David informed me that he was going to provide me a courtesy and instructed Edgard to use the stick. Apparently some important updates needed to be applied that I didn't know of which made me feel a bit embarrassed. I ended up being more mad of myself than anything. Edgard took the time to show me what I needed to do in the future similar issues arise and basically went above and beyond what he needed to do besides the repairs. I am no means a computer pro but they made it easy for me to understand. Edgar and David didn't treat me as if it was a job to do. They were truly concerned that not only that my pc was restored but also that i was happy with the service provided. This was the first time I have used their services and while it was a rocky start they finished it as pros. Dang straight I will be back there should I have future issues and most definitely will refer to anyone else who as issues.

Frank is the best. Not only his knowledge and clear explanations are amazing, but he is really a great IT problems’ solver. He was able to retrieve all my pictures from a totally black broken screen from my Samsung phone when it was impossible to see and enter my password. All got saved on my Google photos which I could then also access from my new IPhone 14 Pro. The quality of his service and the price was unbeatable. I had gone to various specialist’s stores prior to finding him at that Best Buy location closest to the Domain. I kept being given very little chance to get my pictures back. I was quoted over $300 to change my screen with no guarantee of retrieving all. I have kept recommending Frank since, and I am about to schedule some sessions with him again to improve my knowledge and optimize my usage of my computer, phone, and watch. Thank you again Frank

he help where others at bestbuy had failed me. I bought a computer with the understanding that I could upgrade it and after buying took it to washington geek squad and it wasn't. Davis jumped in and help find me a computer that would work for what I need. he spent time in researching, helping then he had the geek squad put my new computer with up grade together. In this day and age I had lost hope in the younger generation. But Davis showed that there are still those that care. I can not say enough of how wonderful he was and all he did. Excellent work done by the GEEK SQUAD and I was very impressed with the blow-by-blow details and explanations. It was even better that they took care of my problem as a walk-in. They didn’t have to do that. Great guys that I worked with. I wish I remembered their names. 5 out 5 stars. I felt ingo good value becausen I wanted a professional who knew how to install RAM memory. I could have maybe done it myself and saved the money but for $40 I had the peace of mind it would get done properly.

I brought my PC parts to be assembled and the team did it professionally and swiftly. It was a very smooth experience and when there was an issue I was contacted and informed of possible solutions. All in all, great experience and will definitely be back

The Geek Squad at my local BestBuy are amazingly professional - I brought my laptop in for a RAM upgrade with no appointment, and they kept me in the loop the entire time and had my laptop ready to be picked up within just a few days. Sadly, the upgrade didn't work, but that wasn't their fault - the sticks of RAM I bought from Newegg were dead on arrival. However, thinking that I had bought it from BestBuy, they immediately offered free replacements! I had to tell them that I had ordered the RAM from another supplier, but I was positively surprised by the customer service. 10/10 would go again.
