I had a great experience with Geek Squad. The Delano and Joel were incredibly knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process. I had a hard time explaining exactly what I needed, but they still understood right away and pointed me in the right direction. They answered all my questions without rushing me and made everything feel easy and stress-free. You can tell they really know their stuff. Definitely a 5-star experience!

They did an awesome job installing the graphics card. Very fast and efficient and they took really good care of me. I would recommend them on any difficult task. You can go to them and they’ll even research if you have an issue before you decide to have them fix it.

Thank you Geek Squad. Our battery would no longer charge in our HP laptop that was just over two years old. When I took the laptop in the sales associate told me their was a HP battery recall and I should check with HP to see if this was one of the batteries. If not he told me I would want to get a HP genuine battery otherwise it may not hold a charge. I called HP it was not covered. Looked around for an HP genuine battery since HP does not sell them. We found one on-line and took it to Best Buy for installation. Thank you Best Buy for a great job. It works great.

Lary (one r) in store was great to work with. I needed to transfer music and photo files from an old and almost dead computer. Lary recommended an external drive and made the transfer happen. I have worked with Lary before and was happy to see him when I entered the store.

I scheduled an appointment to have a M.2 drive installed in my newly purchased gaming laptop because as you know they make it virtually impossible to get the bottom panels off the dang things without specialized tools anymore. I walked in to the store at 2:45 my appointment wasn't until 3:00 the rep took my laptop and the drive and 20 minutes later I was on my way with my new drive up and running. They were quick and efficient and saved me time and aggrevation which made me very happy. Thank you Geek Squad.

The Geek Squad rules at the Southlands Best Buy. I have an old 2006 Dell tower which developed a power problem. It sat useless for over 3 years. I am a song writer. I had a lot of documents on that Dell which I had meant to recover for along time. The problems were with multiple hardware and software, and some issues effected others. The whole repair process was packed with excellent communication from the techs to me. I saw that the whole Geek Squad was great in taking proper time with each customer. There were 2 techs, one in particular, who made my computer recovery a special challenge to fix, and fix it they did. I recovered many hours of work thanks to the Squad. I would recommend them to anyone, anytime for their PC repair skills, knowledge, and professional handling of each individual customer.

People at bestbuy very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right replacement hard drive. Service was faster than I expected, and my laptop works great with this new hard drive. I have another computer I will be letting them look at.

Purchased a Dell computer and wanted an additional hard drive installed. used geek squad to install. they did the installation quickly and it continues t work well.

I bought a new PC tower and quickly realized that I wanted to upgrade the power supply (because I'm a gamer and the basic power supplies are inadequate for a lot of graphic cards). I bought a power supply from Best Buy and had Geek Squad install it for me. They did a fantastic job. They even caught the fact that my existing Best Buy Geek Squad plan/affiliation (or whatever it's called) did cover this hardware installation to some degree (I think it reduced it to a small flat fee), which was something I completely overlooked and almost paid extra for it. I've used Geek Squad several times now for hardware installation on my desktop PCs and I've always had a great experience.

They were excellent fixing my computer. In and out.

I had an old LINUX machine that wouldn't boot. The agent diagnosed the problem as a bad power supply and had it repaired promptly. Machine still working fine today.

Desktop computer wouldn't start. Made an appointment with Geek Squad & brought it in. They quickly diagnosed a dead power supply. They replaced it and tested the system. I was back up & running in no time.

Honest, great quality, fast service. My laptop fan had become very noisy so I brought it in to have it looked at expecting that it would cost more than the laptop was worth (its old). The specific fan was not something in stock but tech told me how to find one, wrote down the information, and helped me take a photo of what I would need. I purchased the fan from another vendor then brought the fan and laptop back in. Was repaired quickly, inexpensively, and has worked great. Super friendly and helpful customer service. Highly recommend!

I dropped off my laptop, the ram, and the SSD I wanted geek squad to install, and I was able to pick it up the next day. No issue, quick service, and it works just as expected. Just be aware if you want them to install Windows and everything, that's an extra charge, but if you're like me and you can do that yourself, you just have to pay the hardware installation fee.

Our desktop computer had a fan which was failing. Geek Squad replaced it for me while I waited. Installation was finished quickly and professionally.

We LOVE our local Geek Squad! They have taken care of every issue we've had, installed new software, transferred existing systems to new systems - I cannot say enough about the top quality service that is always provided. More times than I can count, the estimated time to finish is always exceeded, generally in half the time expected. Running 3 businesses, this is incredibly important for us to not be without our equipment for long. In over 15yrs, they've never let us down even once. I depend on their knowledge of computers (what we use them for) to get us the speed, storage and programs we need to help us continue to run as efficiently as possible.
