I took a new battery for Best Buy to install. First time I took it I was told it would be $40 & would have to make appt. When I took it for appt. I was told it would be $60 so I left. I called Manager & he said it was only $40 & to bring it in & they would get to it right away. I took it at 10 am & it was done by 11. It worked out ok & manager Tremaine was so nice.

Purchased new battery for wife’s laptop. Made appointment to have Geek Squad install. They were efficient and quickly returned the prop in great order.

This service has always been great for me when I upgrade. This time I had them move my older primary drive into the new machine as a secondary drive and transfer my older PCI card for added USB C ports. Greatly appreciate their support.

They were excellent fixing my computer. In and out.

The installation of the power pack was okay although they squad failed to diagnose the problem fully. the pc actually had a bad mother board and video card. I paid another tech company to replace both as i didn't want another bad checkup with the squad.

They did a great job replacing the battery of my computer.

Thank you Geek Squad. Our battery would no longer charge in our HP laptop that was just over two years old. When I took the laptop in the sales associate told me their was a HP battery recall and I should check with HP to see if this was one of the batteries. If not he told me I would want to get a HP genuine battery otherwise it may not hold a charge. I called HP it was not covered. Looked around for an HP genuine battery since HP does not sell them. We found one on-line and took it to Best Buy for installation. Thank you Best Buy for a great job. It works great.

I always appreciate the good service I get from Best Buy's Total Tech Geek Squad. As a senior citizen not at all technically savvy, the 'squad' is always patient & helpful. I usually arrive at their desk feeling frustrated & cranky, but invaribly leave content & grateful.

OLIVER, the tech at Porter Ranch. Indicated that my original 460WPower Supply was kaput and so I purchased and inexpensive $59 700W Thermaltake Smart Power PS and he installed it quickly and it performs flawlessly. Oliver was helpful and explained the issue before the work. Very HAPPY

We have two Dell Laptops that were dated, one had a failed hard drive. The Geek Squad, Matt, Von, Caleb and Bruce at different times assisted us setting up our computers after replacing the 2 hard drives, installing 10 operating system, and Office Professional. Bruce was especially helpful and patient with us to get the computer working the way that we could move from (our beloved) Windows 7 to 10. Big thanks to all staff at Geek Squad

I have been using the Geek Squad exclusively for several years now. All their technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and non-condescending when I don't understand something that they are telling me. They are patient and don't hesitate to make recommendations, even if those suggestion save me money and keep them from making a sale. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and have on several occasions.

I needed a graphics card for my gaming PC, so I went to Best Buy. There is where I found the AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT graphics card (AWESOME Graphics by the way, check out my review on it and grab one!). My problem was that I didn't know how to put it in by myself. So GeekSquad did and now I have a nice gaming PC with decent graphics!

I scheduled an appointment to have a M.2 drive installed in my newly purchased gaming laptop because as you know they make it virtually impossible to get the bottom panels off the dang things without specialized tools anymore. I walked in to the store at 2:45 my appointment wasn't until 3:00 the rep took my laptop and the drive and 20 minutes later I was on my way with my new drive up and running. They were quick and efficient and saved me time and aggrevation which made me very happy. Thank you Geek Squad.

The young man that came was GREAT! I was so glad that he brought a backup TV Mount for metal framing. As the one I bought was for wood framing. He setup both TVs and worked quickly. No issues! I’m glad he brought the back up or else it would have been another week to get my TV installed! THANK YOU!
