Wonderful service and support. I came in with an insurmountable (for me) issue and Malik (spelling?) was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. About 30 minutes after walking in to the store, I left with my iPad working well.

Added memory to my new laptop purchased at BestBuy Service & technical questions were answered prior to my purchase. My laptop service was completed as promised and I've had no problems with it. I have recommended BestBuy geeksquad to friends, and accompanied them when requested. Satisfaction 100% to date.

The agent was very kind and explained everything to me. The job was done correctly and I was back up and running in no time!

I took a new battery for Best Buy to install. First time I took it I was told it would be $40 & would have to make appt. When I took it for appt. I was told it would be $60 so I left. I called Manager & he said it was only $40 & to bring it in & they would get to it right away. I took it at 10 am & it was done by 11. It worked out ok & manager Tremaine was so nice.

The agents helped transfer my files from my old disk to the new one.

Installed new m2 1 terabyte hard drive just for my favorite game don’t know how they do it,but they do it well!
