The phone is easy to use. It announces the caller and has a do not disturb feature so calls go directly to messages when needed. Emails are easily retrieved. The conversation comes through very clear with no interference.

Easy connection to the Ooma device itself. One thing that was not completely clear about this device and its base was the device "base" is ONLY used for charging. So the telephone itself will wirelessly transmit/receive to the Ooma telo. So you will not need to run a phone line to the base itself, unlike other wireless phone you buy. Only had one issue over the last couple months, the handset got dropped on the floor and was continuously searching for connection, but to resolve this issue we just reset the Ooma Telo and it connected without issue. So far so good.

I purchased the handset in the hope of getting the crystal clear reception advertised but while it worked fine and has good features the clarity was no better than the Panasonic I replaced. Could simply be my reception area for AT&T.

This really makes the Ooma Telo device and service even better than with a regular phone. The audio sounds so much better with the HD2. The only bad thing I had to say about it is that the battery does not keep its charge for long. I had a long call, a little over 30 minutes, and the battery was at 0%. Had to recharge the phone again. Other than this, the phone is great. Only suggestion is to purchase better rechargeable batteries.

Purchased the Ooma HD2 after switching phone service to Ooma. The calls have been crystal clear and the handset is packed with easy to use features and menus.

Only complaint I have is the middle button to select the function fell off. I added a drop of gorilla glue and fixed it. No other issues. Easy to connect and add as a private device to have my 2nd line on Ooma Premier.

I am pleased with the overall quality of my Ooma cordless phone. I initially purchase the Ooma Voip system and phone at the same time and am not disappointed with either purchase. I intended to use the Ooma phone system as my house phone as a backup to my cell phone, eliminately a monthly phone bill which is also thru my cable provider. I estimate the phone will pay for itself within the first year, and has already proved itself superior to my old household phone. Even though I have opted not to use the premium Ooma account, I feel the basic services I receive, and the built in options on the phone unit itself are worth the investment. I have recommended the Ooma Voip with the Ooma phone to family and friends alike already. I feel I've received my monies worth with this purchase.

We have had the Ooma Telo VoIP System for about 3 years. Up until now, we were using our old wireless business phones. While they worked fine, we did not realize how much nicer it was going to be to have the Ooma HD2 DECT 6.0 until we received ours. WOW! What a difference! The phone is easy to use and has perfect clarity. It is absolutely perfect and we will never go back to any other phone system. We highly recommend the Ooma system and phones to all we meet.

I use wired connection to connect OOMA Telo to router. The call qualify of HD2 DECT 6.0 Cordless Phone is excellent, it also has a very good range coverage, much better than my 2.4Ghz cordless phone.

This handset works great except that it is just too soft. The ringer and speaker volume just need to be able to be higher. Other than that its easy to use and calls are clear.

I wish I had known about Ooma a lot sooner, their VoIP technology is great, crystal clear sound, I cannot find anything wrong so far with them. When I saw they had the cordless phone I had to jump on it right away. Very easy to set up and the quality and signal strength work just fine throughout my entire home. Keep up the good work Ooma!

Many great features like recent call log both outgoing and incoming, full contact list and sometime a picture of the person calling, not sure how I add pictures but I’m sure that’s my problem. My main complaint is the display isn’t bright enough when I’m outside and in California we spend a lot of time on our patio. You really have to consider this part of the Ooma system when evaluating, when I do that I love the features, 2 lines, voicemail sent to email. I’m just not sure the sound quality is always 100% but so far it’s good enough to keep the system.

This handset is a nice addition to the Ooma Telo. The call quality is good, and the ability to assign a second number to the handset is very useful.

I have had a panasonic phone system for many years. I have looked at this system for some time and when my other system failed it was time to jump. The price had come down a lot. I was suprised with all the new features. I would recommend this system to anyone considering a new phone system. I have the home unit, but i can only guess of the features on the business system

I've been charging the batteries in a plug-in charger instead of the base, it's quicker. If I leave the phone off the charger overnight, the indicator says 0%. The selector buttons are clumsy, and there are no volume controls. You can connect any brand phone into the Ooma base, so if you already own one, use that.
