It doesn't have a fax but the technician who installed it for me showed me how to use the scanner so now I can scan and forward

Very easy to setup and get connected. Prints very well

Right out of the box, Macbrook pro picked it up right away and easy to install via bluetooth. Prints from my iPhone too as well without any additional drivers.

The printer was a great idea and works like new money thanks Best Buy for a quality product. And thank you for the kind employee’s that helped me choose the right printer for my girlfriend’s office needs. Can’t wait to get a couple of computers when my cash gets right. Credit not good enough but cash always clears.

I want to give this printer 5 stars, I really do. It prints very well, and is pretty speedy for a "home" series printer. Scan quality is great, but the HP software is a total crapshoot when trying to set up for pure wireless access. LUCKILY, the HP universal driver does work on this printer and I was able to just set it up on one device and share it through the network like the good ol' days. If HP keeps moving in this direction, it will be time to move on from them as a brand for the first time in 25 years. If you're looking for a little engine that could style of printer, this is a good one if all you need in B&W printing.

I purchased this printer on 2/21/2021. While it has met my expectations and prints well and relatively quickly with good print quality. The problem has been on 2 occassions I was unalbe to print. The first time required a reinstall and the second time HP online check fixed the problem. While each problem was fixed quickly and easily and I can understand the first one as it happens. However the second one was disturbing and unexpected. If not for these two issues it would have been a five star rating

This thing is fast! My only complaint is I have to “wake” it up manually

It’s a good printer. I’ve printed so many but barely made a dent on the ink levels. My only issue with this printer is it doesn’t take heavier card stock well but that seems to be a laser printer thing.

First, I wanted a wireless printer, then I wanted a laser jet printer, and I finally got both. I am not bothered that it is in black color all the time. Love not having to deal with cartridges anymore. This printer is more eco friendly. I love this printer and highly recommend it.

Excellent printer! I love this because it was super easy to setup. It took me all of 5 minutes (once I reset my router) to get it all set up. There does of not being able to print because I’m out of colored ink are a thing of the post!

Bought a new printer for wireless use throughout my house. Works like a wonder. Would recommend to all family and friends.

It was difficult to put together and get online, but it's working fine now and the print quality is excellent. Scanning requires the use of an app.

Hard working printer that spits out your printed item in a jiffy. Don't walk away from this one if you're considering it. I went from inkjet to this and I'm never returning! Saved so much money on ink as well

Oh my goodness!! This was the easiest printer set-up that I have ever done!! Really enjoying having a printer that does not have to be babied or coddled to work!! Originally thought I would keep my old printer but not happening now!!

This computer connected to easily and works great, Love the wireless connectivity that allows us to effortlessly connect multiple devices. So far it’s been great for both high school and college homework no issues in the week that we’ve owned it.

It is relatively fast when it comes to printing; however, it is a pain to fill in the paper.

Pleasantly surprised how fast the pages print. Print quality is very good as well. I had to use the supplied cable to setup because the printer only connects wirelessly to 2.4G and my router won't let me turn off the 5G temporarily.

I love my new printer. I usually get a color because I like to print in color but the cost of color printer cartridges is about like buying a new printer every time you need a full set. So, I decided to forgo my desire and just get black and white. It took me about 1 hour and 15 minutes to get it out of the box and set up. Now I am 79 7years young and haven't worked with computers very much anymore so I felt that was pretty good. It works great and I had no problems setting it up. I would recommend it to anyone else who wanted a black and white wifi laser printer. I just bought the printer on August 24, 2020. So, I haven't used it that long but love it so far.

This is a low end without many extras. The value is good. It is not a color printer and is without a document load.

Prints great, have already done about 500 pages and toner level is still pretty much full. Setup fairly easy and painless, scanning app is great and intuitive. Very happy so far, already far superior to all the inkjet printers I’ve had in the past.
