Works very well and prints clear high quality prints. Sometimes it disconnects from my laptops but the problem is easily fixed by unplugging it and letting it reconnect. Ink lasts a VERY long time

So far have used it very little, but have been very happy with its results up to now. Had a little trouble getting it to copy a document, but found out I wasn't setting things up right. So that was my fault. Hope the ink lasts as long as they suggest!

After plugging in the printer and downloading the app, I proceeded to start the setup. Almost immediately I received an error message in the app. “We’re sorry, something went wrong. We're having a technical issue with your HP Smart setup session. We weren't able to resolve the issue and can't finish printer setup right now. Exit setup and try again later to resolve this issue. If you continue to have issues setting up, contact HP Support.” I kept getting this message after several attempts, powering down, restarting. Finally I tried to contact customer support, however it said that it didn’t recognize the serial number and product code! Unbelievable! Thankfully I was able to return.

So easy to set up, fast printing, and the ink last for a super long time

It was probably my lack of expertise but it took me a while to set it up. An experienced person would probably not have a problem. Also waited for ink that I ordered. The printer came with black and 3 colors of ink, did not need to order. The quality of prints is great, also love having a copier. It is a little big, so that is why I am giving it a 4.

Works well, doesn't use up a lot ink while using black or the other colors. Very easy to setup.

Great printer for labels/stickers. We use it to print labels for candles and wax melts. As small business owners this purchase didn’t break the bank and does what we want it to do at an affordable price.

This HP supertank printer has great print quality. This is my first supertank printer and I really like it. The colors are really so much better than the other printers I have had in the past. It is easy to fill the ink and it lasts way longer than the cartridge ink printers. I can really see the value in the supertank printers.

I don't understand why others have a difficult time setting up. I have no clue about printers/Computers and was scared, it was so easy to set up and works perfect! If you follow the onlne instructions with HP step by step it was easy. DO not push the wireless button until your instructed let it blink. So far so good

This is an excellent upgrade from my old HP printer. Download the app and the setup will be a breeze. I had mine up and printing in no time. The print quality is excellent and so is the print speed. The two-sided printing is smooth. I love the mobile printing option, and the eco tank feature will be a big expenditure reduction.

I was prepared to dislike this printer (it replaced another HP printer which was the bane of my existence). Didn’t happen. I initially disliked its WiFi-only “feature”. That has worked out to eliminate some networking issues. On balance: I LIKE IT. It prints well, prints fairly quickly and IT NEVER GOES OFFLINE.

I’ve needed to replace my old printer for a while now. My old HP had all but given up the ghost. I’ve always had HP printers and have always been very satisfied. My brother in law has two Smart Tank 6001 Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printers, so I bought one. The hook up was easy. And so far it has worked perfectly. I’m really enjoying printing again. Looking forward to making Christmas cards this year.
