First wireless printer and really like how simple and easy this was to hook up and use. Love the app for this printer because it makes it even easier to print.

Excellent ink saving printer. Can print for 2 years without changing ink. Photo printing from mobile phone is easy and the quality is great.

This is the worst printer, copier, scanner I have ever owned. Basically, take the list of things it is supposed to do and that is the list of what gave me trouble. The HP support is useless, leaving me in endless loops of frustrating misunderstandings. The answer to every problem is to turn it off, unplug it, and start over with this working less than half the time. There isn't one thing this machine did well, and most things it didn't do at all including, would not print on both sides of the paper, would not print on envelopes, and would jam about every other print job. My first mistake was buying it on a whim, my second was spending too much time trying to problem solve it rather than returning it, until it was too late.

We think this printer is exceptional and a very good value. We programed it up to both of our phones and our computers and it has worked every time. Having bottled ink is great!

I've only printed a few things so far but I really do like how easy it is to install the ink, and how bright and colorful the ink looks when printed. Seems like a solid overall purchase for my home.

After using( only one month) fast and quiet. Good printer quality. Like the fact of not using HP cartridges every month. Hopefully ink container lasts , as long as, advertised. HP days up to 2 yrs?

It is great and much cheaper to fill it with ink instead of expensive printer cartridges. It also saves paper by printing on both sides it. And, since it is brand HP, it will print for years.

This HP Smart Tank is exactly what I needed. Great copies, wireless, and so easy to set up! After issues with the waste bin on my Epson Ecotank, I knew I needed something new, and could not go back to ink cartridges. I am a teacher and print a lot for my classroom; this printer fits the bill. The only drawback is that it says it comes with up to 2 years of toner…I’ve owned this a month and the black toner is down to 3/4 of a tank. Now I may print more than the average Joe, but I think I will be buying toner before the 2 years gets anywhere near close. That’s okay though, I will buy spare bottles of toner and life will be grand.

So far so good. Very easy setup. Will update if there are any problems.

Hate it. I don’t remember why I choose this model.. maybe there was a fantastic sale on it.. decent reviews that I clearly didn’t listen to but it’s awful. Why I didn’t go with one that had a decent screen that was seemingly from 2020 and beyond, I have no idea. The tiny information screen reminds me of 1989. WiFi drops every other print. Stops printing half way through a page whenever it decides for no known reason. Maybe the info screen tells me but I can’t make it out. Absolute worst purchase possibly ever. One day I’ll just chuck it in the dumpster to calm my nerves.

This is an easy printer to set up and runs perfectly. The ink was easy to install and no mess involved. I would highly recommend this printer to others.

Great to have so much ink last so long. However, the paper tray does not extend to get paper in. A person needs to guess how much is too much to avoid a jam. The wireless connection was difficult for me to use and it is specifically wireless; so to use the cable from the computer to the printer didn't work either.

I was using Canon product for more then 10 years and I switched to this Hp printer and I LOVE it. Easy set up and easy to use. Thanks for Supertank Ink.

So far, so good. A bit slower than my previous HP ink jet printer (6960) but looking forward to purported lower ink costs with this one.

Grate printer , i love it so far i recomend this printer to any one out there it really worth the money you pay for it.

This is a great product and have had any issue yet. Pretty my resume one it over 100 copies with resume paper!
