Revamp connection issues

This could be operator error, but i have sonmuch trouble getting it to connect bluetooth. Now i cant get it to connect cable or wireless

Get a Brother or Epson.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this printer August 15. It worked beautifully for about 6 weeks. Our WiFi network changed. Since then, the printer does not connect to the WiFi, the HP app can’t “find” the printer, the printer isn’t even able to make copies for some reason. It’s essentially useless. I have tried to get in touch with HP customer support multiple times over the last week. I cannot get a response from them, even though it’s under warranty. The return window has closed. This was the biggest waste of money. I’ll never buy another HP printer.
