Prints very well defined charts and clear print. Not always intuitive or clearly explained.

The adapter for the printer does not fit, its loose.

Seemed nice at first. Developed connectivity or software issues that gradually deteriorated into complete inability to communicate after connecting to network. Did reset to factory settings, didn't help. Thankfully I have Total membership so was able to return to store and exchange for printer from a different manufacturer even around 3 months later when this thing totally locked up. I had always liked HP PC's and printers over the last 15 years or so but the last two printers have been below average and now awful as far as ease of use. Avoid like the plague.

I got this printer to test it out against another one I previously had and it does the job well. The presets are not always perfect. Sometimes I want to print things single sided and make sure to select that option but it still prints on both sides. Besides that the colors are not bad but images printed in black do not have as much contrast as I would like.

Love the way the prints look. Love that the ink last a long time. Love it!!

Good concept with the ink in tank but the print quality is highly reduced. I have tried 2 of this model, thinking the first one was bad or just configuration, but even with the second the print quality is not what I need. If you plan to print only in B/W or text it may work, for pictures and colorful images this is not a good option. Returning it. The app and its connectivity with WiFi is poor as well, it get out of WiFi randomly (yes, I have good bandwidth).

This was very easy to set up and I love the copies. I also am very happy that I am not always having to replace the inc.

Great printer and does what I need it to do. Only real issue is occasionally the power cable from the back has popped out of the printer and if it’s not in properly/just right(even when it appears it’s completely plugged in how it should be) the printer will not work. Once played around with and back in place it works fine.
