haven't used it long enough to give a valid review but i will say this is not for the older generation set up requires best buy tech-

Was a great gift for my mother, better than the carriage printer!

It works great. The only difficulty was with the initial setup. I highly recommend using a USB printer cable. It makes setup so much easier.

Works great. communicates with BOTH computers and other devices without issues. Love the ink windows on the front.

First printer with tanks of ink. Looking forward to not buying packaged ink every couple of months. So far so good.

I'm having horrible troubles with this device. I bought it because I needed a more up-to-date printer to interface with the new laptop. However, it is absolutely NOT easy to connect or maintain. Thus far, I feel like I've wasted my money. I still can't print!

Avoid the HP Tank 6001 – Very Disappointing Experience I strongly advise against buying the HP Tank 6001 printer. It has caused me constant frustration with repeated printing issues — it freezes, doesn’t print, and I often had to restart it just to get a single job done. Worse than the product itself is HP’s customer support. The assistance is extremely poor. They expect the customer to go through a long list of technical tests, essentially acting as their technician. For someone without technical skills or for older users, this is completely unreasonable. I bought the printer, and within just five months it started malfunctioning. I contacted support and spoke with three different representatives, but my problem was never resolved. After wasting hours of my time and dealing with unnecessary stress, I gave up, threw the printer away, and took the loss. It was a waste of time, money, and energy. Very disappointing.

This printer hooked up to our Chrombook! we had troubles finding on that would.

We are experiencing some difficulty. It messages a paper jam that does not exist.

I don't care for the scanner session, I thought it had a document feeder, but it does not, which makes my life working at home a nightmare, but it is difficult to understand the errors. I wonder if I can return it

Worst printer I have ever purchased. It doesn’t link up to any of my Bluetooth devices. I have to turn it on and shut it off any time I use it. It was a waste of money and I wish I never bought it. The instructions are terrible! Unfortunately it’s way past the time of returning it, but I’m going to try to see if the geek squad can fix it.

Have not used the printer a lot yet, however so far seems to be great. I like the idea of the color tanks instead of replacing cartridges.

I didn’t think it would matter but without a display I would not recommend this printer. Also I am a teacher and it needs an app and wifi to use the app for troubleshooting. My district blocks this so difficult to use at school. The printer worked great for about a week. Then the black ink stopped working it appeared to be traveling back into the reservoir. Hopefully, you will have better luck. The price was great though.
