I returned my first purchase and hoped this one would be different. It is not and HP needs to make an improvement. Currently, I have taped the cord over the plug.

I got this printer because it able to print different types of media and it has been exceeding my expectations. Best Buy employee were also very knowledgeable about the printers and helped a lot in buying the right one. :)

Paper Jams!

But it was prone to paper jams when using mailing labels. It was extremely hard to get to the paper jam and getting it back on line. This time, it isn't coming back on line and I can't get to the spot where it may have some paper stuck in it. I love HP products, but this is disappointing

Replacement unit ( new in box) worked with no problems and was what I needed.
