I had a bit of a problem setting it up to print at first, but I got it to work from my computer and finally from my phone. I think I may have tried to use the HP Smart icon on my phone instead of the Smart Print icon. I love the color output. I haven't had the need to do any large printing so far, but the documents that I have printed are very clear and vibrant. The speed is fine for my needs, like I said I haven't had the need to do large jobs so speed is not something I've noticed as an issue. I do like the fact that I can do double sided printing so I don't have to waste paper. It is also convenient when my daughter needs to print study material for school. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

It prints good when it works. It worked great when initially set up, but somehow unplugged and we lost our sync. My husband got it back to his computer bug I can’t get it figured out to sync it to my phone and laptop and when I called HP They’d help me if I paid them. Or they’d give me a new one for a price. I just want it synced and always work

The best printer I have ever bought in my entire life. It is super economical and fast. It looks very nice in my workspace. Super easy installation. I highly recommend them 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Set up couple be easier but but works very well, and much better deal if you print alot

I just absolutely love this printer. I have had very few if any issues with it. the initial ink has lasted 13 months now. The prints are very professional looking. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new printer.

A little pricey for not having a document feeder but that's my only complaint. Otherwise it prints well and fairly fast. Another benefit is it works on doula band wifi-a failing that many HPs had till recently which is a pain with some mesh routers.

Extremely happy with this product. Easily connected to my WiFi network and now have the ability to print directly from my iPhone and iPad. Print speed, especially for black and white is extremely fast. Appreciate the ability to print on both sides of the paper. Color prints on photo paper look amazing.

ONCE I GOT IT TO WORK ON WINDOWS 7 I FOUND OUT THIS PRINTER IS GREAT. THE EPSON I HAD DID NOT HAVE A PAPER FEEDER LIKE THIS AND WOULD JAM UP A LOT. THIS ONE NEVER JAMS. I LOVE IT

I love this printer! Having the HP app and being able to print right from my phone is awesome. It was pretty easy to set up and the print quality is wonderful. I am happy with my purchase.

I like the HP Smart Tank 6001 as a printer. Purchase in Aug 2024 with a extended warranty. In Aug 2025 quite working and took back to Best Buy and was told they don't work on them. Purchased a new one and I have 1 issue. within a years time it shouldn't cost $108.00+ to purchase a new one. I understand the new warranty but not the cost in increase in the printer. Personnel that I dealth with were outstanding.

Easy to set up, app is a little cumbersome but gets the job done. Ink seems to be lasting well and quality is great. Hopefully will last as long as the printer it replaced.

The Best Printer ever we got sick of buying ink every month and always with the color ink it was always the same color that we needed but I always had to buy all 3 colors with our old printer and this printer we have had for about 6 months and probably won’t have to buy color or black ink for another year.

Super easy to set up. Works good but goes into a deep sleep and then disconnects from wifi.

Just bought this printer, so far it works great. Prints nicely. It was pretty easy to set up and adding the ink was super easy. So far so good.

This item is still in the box. I'm to install it tomorrow. However, sales at Best Buy highly pushed this "Smart Tank" type printer. So, with that said...I purchased it. I'm at the register to pay and asked about the 2 years of ink that's included and was told that what's in the box should last me 2 years. Basically, I'm not going to be getting any "free" ink in case it does not last! I'm a Best Buy purchaser. Never even thought about purchasing from any other computer store. From TV's, Laptops, Printers, Desktops, and all the gadgets that go with those, etc. I'm hoping & Praying this will make me happy. I've also always had the Geek Squad but I've canceled that. I called to use GS 3 different times but was told they don't work on the item in question any longer...that it costs more to fix it then to purchase a new one. Can't say I'm as happy with Best Buy today as I was 8 years ago...something's changed and not for the better. I still go there but more cautious in purchases now.
