I have been very pleased with the quality and efficiency of my new printer. The quality of the prints are wonderful.

When it was time to replace my old printer, I really wanted to switch to ink tanks, and this HP all-in-one seemed to fit the bill. It was a little tricky to set up, but once I got through that, it worked great for a couple of months, then quit. Trying to get a repair was a nightmare -- I tried the remote repair option, a Geek Squad in-home repair, and still had to go through a lengthy HP chat conversation, answering all the same questions and trying all the same fixes. I finally was given permission to send it back to HP for a replacement. I just hope when I get the new one it works!

It works beautiful. havent tried printing photos as of yet so not sure of picture quality as of yet but it looks pretty good

I wanted a supertank printer with a scanner but not a Fax and this one has turned out to be just the thing. Easy to set up and works great.

I really like my All in one Super tank Inkjet Printer - it is so much easier to load the ink into the wells than to have to puchase the cartridges. I wouldn't go back to the other style printer for this reason alone. Thank you Best Buy for introducing me to this wonderful HP Smart Tank 6001 Printer.

Great price but printing seems quite slow.... Not sure I would have purchased this one if I knew that before hand.

Nice print quality in a more compact profile. Ink fill is quick and easy.

I think picture quality is better with some other printers I have used however, most of my printing is black and white. So, for the money spent along with future dollars I will save, I am very happy with my purchase.

it's an OK printer. does not let me do the things that my old printer did, i.e. cannot insert camera card for specific pics. it does make nice pictures, though. price was higher than needs to be because of the ink? would have liked the YOUNG salesman ask what I'm looking for in a printer. But, my fault for not returning it in time.

Great printer with very easy set up. The ink refills are a nice touch and love seeing the amount of ink left in the tanks.

Easy to assemble and easy to install. Love it and will use for along time. Love the trade in of my old printer that last fro 12 years.

Great printer, not one single problem to installed. A little slow in the printing but really good quality.
