    I am told the printer is a good one if you can get it to properly install. In my view, customer support using the install app is not helpful. I have spent much more time and ink and paper getting this to work properly that I am considering returning it and going with a different brand. So far after multiple attempts I cannot get the unit to scan to my desktop. I am pleased that Best Buy has a liberal return policy because if I cannot solve install problems after one final attempt it is going back. I have learned that others who have this exact same model have the same complaints- "works well, IF you can get it installed using their software instructions, and support is not helpful if you run into a problem" Buyer Beware.

    It prints colors pretty and does not look blurry! Its a great printer to have, its very efficent for anything you may need.

    I bought this item to replace a 6 year old printer! The only way to know what this printer offered was from reading this square. I am an older citizen that does not read these! I had to hunt for a salesman to do so! I paid for the printer to be put together, and explained! I was told I had to play for this person to carry out to us and his services! Was overkill!
