I would buy this printer again again and again. The smart tanks are a lasting treasure. HP has outdone themselves with this printer.

5 month old unit. Paper jammed every sheet for the last 2 months. Eventually an internal plastic component broke on is own and will not print at all. HP refused warranty repair or replacement and pushed subscription instead. Said they can't do anything about hardware problems according to their warranty. Obviously it's DEFECTIVE. Unbelievable!

I print on all kinds of stock, all sizes, no problems. No jams

This printer was recommended by the Geek Squad technician who came to service my older printer. He pointed out that my older printer was way more than I needed for my work. He recommended the HP-Smart Tank 6001 that I purchased. I am very pleased with this printer and am thankful for his recommendation.

As advertised. Easy setup and seems to be saving on ink.

I returned this printer, because it doesn't offer the ability to copy a document. So I don't know how it performs.

F a s t and the clarity the print is exceptional..

I trust HP products, they are very good. I had a large print HP printer to print banners when I worked for a company in their sign shop. I got the Smart tank 6001 because the ink was less expensive then the previous HP printer I had. So I am saving money in ink and still enjoying the quality of HP.

Love the size and speed of the printer. Colors are nice and crisp.

Had to use help service to install, other than that a nice machine.

You can see the levels of your ink supply without having to go to a different program. The liquid fill tubes are a wonderful change from those things we had to insert into the printer. I always broke a fingernail or two trying to get the orange lever off the cartridge!

Love the idea of not needing those cartridges and I finally have a printer where WiFi printer actually happens ! My old printer need to be rebooted to recognize my WiFi print jobs from my phone.

Extremely difficult to set up and to get connected. Frequently needs to be re-set by unplugging it. I have never had a printer this difficult to set-up and use.

Read out is hard to read. Does not have an opening for a brain. Instructions are needed. Can't figure out how to scan.

Perfect printer for small office. I particularly needed auto duplex if feature. It works well for this. I live the fact that I don’t have to worry about running out of ink. I have printed a lot, and the tank indicator has barely moved. I highly recommend.

This printer is absolutely amazing. No more cartridges makes is so awesome

The best deal going. I use a printer less than 80 times a year. I don't have to worry about ink cartridge drying out.

I have an issue downloading all my prints to the computer to use the HP Smartprint. It works well otherwise but the setup was rough. Called the HP helpline and they tried to make me buy protection software for $500. Be careful of the Scam.

Other than a little issue to install the ink cartridges/printer head (we are not very handy) the printer has been performing very well and we had good assistance at the store.
