    Worst printer I have ever purchased. It doesn’t link up to any of my Bluetooth devices. I have to turn it on and shut it off any time I use it. It was a waste of money and I wish I never bought it. The instructions are terrible! Unfortunately it’s way past the time of returning it, but I’m going to try to see if the geek squad can fix it.

    The worst printer a person can buy. I'm working in the networking field, meaning I create Wi-Fi networks for living. And each time I wanna print I spend like hour and a half just to connect back to the printer.

    So for this Printer is ideal for our office. Thank for a fair product. HP said they don't carry ink, so were do I purchased the ink when its needed?

    It works great. The only difficulty was with the initial setup. I highly recommend using a USB printer cable. It makes setup so much easier.

    I have had nothing but problems with this machine. Either it won't copy and print things or it won't print from my computer. I have had Geek Squad and other people come to work on it. I even had a cable connected so it is no longer wireless. That worked for a while. Sometimes it would wait for several days and then print things in queue. Geek Squad charged me $100 to come out. It is so frustrating!

    I took this back to Best Buy. Electrical cord would not stay attached to the back of the printer. Yet, repair would not look at it, replace the cord, or help.
