Our previous tank printer had been problematic for some time, so we decided time to return to HP. We couldn't be happier!! It has been a dream! It starts up quickly, prints cleanly and rapidly. It prints like a color laser with great definition. It can take a minute to warm up if it hasn't been used for a couple of days, but then it just flies! No paper wasting or skewed printing, just clean, perfect prints!!

Easy to connect to wifi and print documents. I love how long the ink has lasted.

The plug is not tight, and with any movement of the printer to add paper it becomes unplugged. I returned my first purchase and hoped this one would be different. It is not and HP needs to make an improvement. Currently, I have taped the cord over the plug.

Love my new HP printer. It Prints like a charm. I recommend it to anyone. Easy to install. Had it set up in less than an hour.

It was time consuming to set up. Read the directions. The printer is very nice I am pleased. There is a learning curve for usage. I am glad you need to click the smarthp i-con to change from printing to scan. By using the pc to change the printer settings it prevents others from using it without your knowledge. I am thrilled the ink life spam is 2 years. First its more cost effecient in the long run, and 2nd I dont have to change the ink as often. I am not sure how often the print head cartridges will have to be changed so no comment on that status at this time. Overall I am very happy with choosing the smart printer.

I'm sorry but this is not a good product. Have had for two months now and it keeps going off line for wifi and won't reconnect easily. Other complaints say the same. It can't find our wifi. when I downloaded the app, the app can't find the printer either. You can't reset without using the app and you can only scan through the app. Since it won't connect, we can't scan or reinstall. Would not recommend. HP, you need to work out the problems.

HP makes a good product and easy to set up. I would buy this again.

I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER HEWLETT-PACKARD PRODUCT EVER BECAUSE OF THEIR ILLEGAL PRACTICES!! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF IF COULD! AVOID HEWLETT PACKARD PRINTERS AT ALL COST IF YOU WANT TO USE NON-HP INK BECAUSE HP INK IS TOTALLY OVERPRICED! FOR THE FIRST 9-10 MONTHS MY HP PRINTER ALLOWED ME TO USE NON-HP INK. HOWEVER, HP THEN BURIED SOMETHING IN AN AUTOMATIC UPDATE THAT PROHIBITS ME FROM USING NON-HP INK. TOTALLY LOCKS UP PRINTER AND MAKES UNUSABLE UNTIL YOUO INSTALL HP INK! I SPENT HOURS ON THE TELPHONE WITH AT LEAST FOUR CUSTOMER "SERVICE" AGENTS. THEY ALL REFUSED TO HELP FIX THE ISSUE, AND LIED TO ME AND TOLD ME HP DOES NOT DO ANYTHING TO PREVENT 3RDF-PARTY INK EVEN THOUGH PRINTER GIVES NOTICE: "The indicated cartridges have been blocked by the printer firmware because they contain a non-HP chip." HP HAS BEEN SUED OVER THIS AND LOST CLASS ACTIONS BUT CONTINUES THIS DESPICABLE AND ILLEGAL PRACTICE.

this printer was very easy to install and setup. I liked the amount of ink the printer holds. Prints as expected.

It works. FAIRLY easy to set up and link to my Mac Air and my wife's phone, Typical of the several HP printers I've owned over the years. Ink tanks & bottles seem more convenient and inexpensive than the "old" cartridge system. Print heads must be replaced every 6-12 months versus cartridges every 1 or 2 months. Have to wait and see how that works out.

The staff were very helpful in guiding me to the right printer I needed for my home. I love the new printer. It’s much faster and easier to use.
