I upgraded to this unit from a lower model that did not print on both sides automatically. Glad I did. While this model is not the cream of the crop, it does provide the basic features that I need. The fact that some ink comes with it is a plus. Printing time is average speed. Quality is good.

Excellent home device. Makes printing from my mobile device seamless from any corner of the home. Was delivered clean. Simply amazing.

Firstly it was hard to figure out how to set it up and use it but at this moment I can be in my bed in other room and make a copy of documents any time so it’s definitely good and useful

Not an Expensive model. Get the basic gobs done. I bought it for the years of ink. Hope it last that long.

Have had success with previous HP products. This printer fits our space and versatile enough for our needs. Easy to use.

This was supposed to replace an Epson we had for 7 years. I figured we could try an HP because we use them at work. Unfortunately, this HP printer is by far the worst printer I have ever owned. The installation instructions are horrible. It took forever to get it connected to my wifi network and when we did get it connected, it would continually disconnect, go to sleep, would not print and when it did print the quality was horrible. Additionally, when left on, the printer would seem to reset with all the light flashing and the only support provided was "pull the plug". I spent wasted hours trying to get it to work to no avail. And to add insult to injury, unfortunately, the return window (2 WEEKS?!?!?!) has closed so this will end up in the garbage. Had I known Best Buy's return policy is only 14 days, I would have purchased it elsewhere. I just purchased the Epson ET-2800 form Amazon, received it the same day, and it installed and works without issue. Should have stuck with Epson (and Amazon) from the beginning. Just another expensive lesson.

The initial setup was so easy. The printer is fantastic. It’s hard picking out a printer but the associate knew his merc.

I like this printer because it is wireless, efficient, and uses tanks of ink that last very long and can easily be replaced. Highly recommended.

I wanted a supertank printer with a scanner but not a Fax and this one has turned out to be just the thing. Easy to set up and works great.

Great price for an all in one printer plus the ink supply will probably last for the rest of the life of the printer. Does color and double sided. Scanner as well.

For a reasonable price, prints are HP quality and bottled ink make per print prices much better.

Light weight and compact, just what I was looking for. Also the toner included was very generous
