My wife had been told by a co-worker to get a laser printer, but a salesman convinced her that for what was needed, this printer would be a better choice. Most importantly, the Supertank model provides an ink supply in a way where the ink doesn't run out in a short amount of time, which had been a problem for us with printer cartridges in the past. So far we are very impressed with the copies we've made, and my wife won't have to be concerned as she looks forward to doing some creative writing in her retirement.

This printer is great for our home office needs. It was easy to set up, the ink lasts for a long time, and it prints fast.

I was happy with the ease of setting it up and operating it. But it was prone to paper jams when using mailing labels. It was extremely hard to get to the paper jam and getting it back on line. This time, it isn't coming back on line and I can't get to the spot where it may have some paper stuck in it. I love HP products, but this is disappointing

Excellent printer. So smooth. The ink last long time. Colors are great.

So far working well. Had to make several attempts to connect to WIFI. HP smart app made the rest of set up pretty easy. It comes with a lot of ink. I checked and this had good reviews compared to other brand tank printers and the other HP tank printers. Probably more printer than I need but has more features. The difference in price is comparable to the others. Filling the tanks was easy. I have not printed pictures yet but the paper tray has a adjustable slide for most paper sizes. I would recommend

Good quality printing with easily adjustable paper sizes. The use of app makes things convenient for scanning and printing.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my elderly mother. I was going to set everything up for her, but she wanted to try the printer out right away. Athough she is not very tech savvy, she was able to set it up herself. She got it to work with her phone and iPad without any trouble. She is also impressed with the print quality. I don't know what manufacturer or model of printer she had before, but she says this new HP works better than her old printer.

Purchased this printer to replace my tired old printer. The ink storage and refill is so much better than my previous cartridge arrangement. Set up was a little daunting at first, but it worked out well.

This printer looks great. I hope it is worth it, my last one was 8 years old HP brand. It is the reason for found HP brand with cheap ink compared with my old printer. I bought yesterday and was easy to install everything. I saw it a video and was useful to do all . I printed some and worked perfectly
