perfect for what I needed. It was easy to install with the help of a free download from HP called smart print app. Love the fact that it has ink tanks that holds plenty of ink.

I just started to use my printer because I had to get a computer because my tablet wouldn't work on it. I'm still learning how to do everything. I still have to figure out how to scan my pictures in.

Excellent printer/copier but don't try to install it manuelly - the installation procedure on the HP website is sooo much easier. The user manual instructions are obscure and dropout from wifi occurs randomly.

I love this printer!!! This printer is much quicker than my old printer. the ink was expensive, also the ink cartridges emptied at different times. The fact that I don't have to purchase for two years is great...

Good printer, but it has a poor control pad and screen. The screen is very small and one line, The controls are very limited on the actual printer and you must do advanced settings through the computer.

Regret ever buying this printer - Multiple paper jam errors and was not able to find the problem. I returned the unit to Best Buy and was told I was past the return date and needed to contact HP direct to have it returned.......Wound up buying the Best Buy Prime membership so I could return the same day and get a replacement as I needed a printer that worked. I upgraded to a Cannon Laser Printer and its great.....overall not thrilled with the experience.

I experienced persistent connectivity issues with the HP Smart Tank printer, leading to frequent error messages when attempting to print. Despite the promising inclusion of six months' worth of ink, unfortunately, I couldn't fully utilize this feature due to the connectivity issues.
