Outstanding Printer

The print is so much better than a cartridge inkjet printer with ink that will last up to 2 years. It was easy to set up. The ink was easy to put in the printer. It is a winner!

Since the purchase, I’ve already printed about 5 or 6 packs of paper, and the ink still hasn’t run out. Moreover, there’s still more than half left.

Works for my home use

I think I may have tried to use the HP Smart icon on my phone instead of the Smart Print icon. I love the color output. I haven't had the need to do any large printing so far, but the documents that I have printed are very clear and vibrant. The speed is fine for my needs, like I said I haven't had the need to do large jobs so speed is not something I've noticed as an issue. I do like the fact that I can do double sided printing so I don't have to waste paper. It is also convenient when my daughter needs to print study material for school. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

Wifi and App Is a Problem

Have had for two months now and it keeps going off line for wifi and won't reconnect easily. Other complaints say the same. It can't find our wifi. when I downloaded the app, the app can't find the printer either. You can't reset without using the app and you can only scan through the app. Since it won't connect, we can't scan or reinstall. Would not recommend. HP, you need to work out the problems.

This printer is the BEST

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Best Printer ever we got sick of buying ink every month and always with the color ink it was always the same color that we needed but I always had to buy all 3 colors with our old printer and this printer we have had for about 6 months and probably won’t have to buy color or black ink for another year.

3rd Time's the Charm?

I've never had to refill the ink tanks, even after printing many photos. Be sure to purchase a Geek Squad warranty for it; this is actually the 3rd different one of the same model.

Setup required me to really follow the instructions as this was my first smart tank machine. Getting it connected to my WiFi required some effort, so you may need some computer savvy and patience,

Ink seems to be lasting well and quality is great. Hopefully will last as long as the printer it replaced.
