    did not know that can not print more than one at time from the top have no directions or any thing written on the machine set for b&w prints color even if want it in b&w. can not see how many printed except on computer not on printer.

    Not easy to set up. When I went to website for help, there were only offers for new products. Got frustrated and distracted & really messed it up. Contact people not helpful. Store sales said I would have to buy another printer. Product, set up, help all unsatisfactory.

    Flimsy lightweight printer. Had to tape the power cord to keep it from falling out. Print seems to be ok.

    Sales person said it very easy to use and easy to set up. Just plug in and use... NOT had 2 people try to set it up. Finally got a teck person to walk me thru. Now I can use it but took 1 week to try to set it up. Works great now
