Quit after a couple of months

Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When it was time to replace my old printer, I really wanted to switch to ink tanks, and this HP all-in-one seemed to fit the bill. It was a little tricky to set up, but once I got through that, it worked great for a couple of months, then quit. Trying to get a repair was a nightmare -- I tried the remote repair option, a Geek Squad in-home repair, and still had to go through a lengthy HP chat conversation, answering all the same questions and trying all the same fixes. I finally was given permission to send it back to HP for a replacement. I just hope when I get the new one it works!

It has jammed and had more errors than successful prints. For the amount of money these things costs, this should not be an issue. Definitely returning.
