Suggested replacing a print head which I couldn’t do because the printer didn’t function right to replace it. Took it back to Best Buy.

DEFECTIVE FROM THE START. BEWARE IF YOU PURCHASE AND SET IT UP WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. WOULD NOT REGISTER INK AND PRINTER HEAD WOULD NOT WORK.

Exchanging for a new one. I will update this post when I get the replacement if it works any better.

Good little machine

It prints faster and makes less noise then the HP Photosmart printer that it replaced. The only 2 features that I miss more than I thought I would are the automatic feed for scanning and coping documents and the screen on the printer where you did all of the input and troubleshooting. I find need to go back and forth between the app on my computer and the printer to complete most print/scan jobs.
