Haven’t used it yet but the whole shipping fiasco with this item scarred me for life. I don’t buy anything from BB that I can’t carry in my hands.

I love this printer!!! This printer is much quicker than my old printer. the ink was expensive, also the ink cartridges emptied at different times. The fact that I don't have to purchase for two years is great...

Good printer, but it has a poor control pad and screen. The screen is very small and one line, The controls are very limited on the actual printer and you must do advanced settings through the computer.

Regret ever buying this printer - Multiple paper jam errors and was not able to find the problem. I returned the unit to Best Buy and was told I was past the return date and needed to contact HP direct to have it returned.......Wound up buying the Best Buy Prime membership so I could return the same day and get a replacement as I needed a printer that worked. I upgraded to a Cannon Laser Printer and its great.....overall not thrilled with the experience.

I experienced persistent connectivity issues with the HP Smart Tank printer, leading to frequent error messages when attempting to print. Despite the promising inclusion of six months' worth of ink, unfortunately, I couldn't fully utilize this feature due to the connectivity issues.

Great printer. Over the years, had many printers and this printer was the easiest to interface with wireless devices. Excellent solid quality construction and ease of ink replacement.

The printer was ready for pickup 20 minutes after ordering and driving to the store on Thanksgiving Day! Very impressive.

Ink cartridges are obsolete. This printer never needs cleaning or adjustment. Perfectly reliable.

Unreliable to a Fault! Spent hours trying it set up with HP Support. Defective right out of the box. My warranty will be expiring soon but unable to spend my days with HP Support. It is not connecting to my WiFi network now after following all of the steps to get it back online. With a computer reboot, it goes offline and stays that way.

Holds very little paper. The copy feature just stops working at random so you have to unplug and restart it often (which normally fixes the issue). It prints multiple copies at will. It is very slooooow. On a positive note, the images are clear, the ink tanks are so much better than cartridges, and it prints 2-sided (but may also print an extra one-sided that you didn't ask for).

A big improve over last printer & Ron , the tech who installed it, was very thorough and a skilled instructor. Still working out some wireless printing issues

It was great while it lasted. Now it constantly goes offline, just a piece of junk!

Incredible. Ordered on Amazon and arrived three days late. It was dead on arrival. so I went to Best Buy and bought another one. Almost had it set up and it turned off, on, off, on, off. It's the plug where it goes into the printer. It will not on. Pretty usel3ss.
