Have only had it one day & so far I really like it. My favorite thing about it is how quiet it is when performing it's many tasks. Second would be how easy it is to use with HP's printer app. Only 2 things that are minor: 1- top feeder sometimes doesn't grab document 2- Have to rescan items items randomly because scanner oversized or did not autodetect item.

I am loving the HP Smart Tank printer! I love the bottles to fill the tank, #1! No fuss, no mess!! I love that the tank indicators are on the front of the machine and not on the side like my other eco tank was. It was super easy to set up and get working, did take a little to get used to how it works, but overall its a great machine and it prints great. I haven't had any problems with 2 sided printing and it prints envelopes much better than my last printer! Hard to find any negatives.... I gave 4 stars for ease of use only because it's taken me some time to get used to how it works... it's my fault, not the machines!

I just hooked up the printer today and it seems to work well. Set up was ok. However, the push to use QR code set up was annoying-required an account set up, with name, email, and credit card. It gave 3 free days, and then would charge me for use... I have no idea what "use" it was charging for. I skipped the QR GARBAGE and was able to print without making an account or my info.

I appreciate the economy of smart tank ink, I had several issues with it going off line and had called helpline , issue resolved then occurred again several times , especially when I got a new laptop, could not print , I found that I need to clear all WiFi network info and start again, now working well, helpline person told me I had to manually write in smart tank , , something about the drivers on new Chromebook, printer itself works well and easy to use

Great printing machine! Love it! Very easy to use and print multiple copies at any time. Perhaps my all time favorite printer. I would recommend this printer to everyone who is in the market to buy a new printer. It is also very cost and labor effective.

I had a printer for 15 years....why i. The world did i wait so long to replace....this printer is awesome. So simple to set up so easy to use.

Printer was easy to setup and works well. You can print from a phone or computer.

All you need in your home office to be efficient. It is fast, easy to use and high printing quality.

This is quite an expensive printer but so far seems to be getting the job done. The instructions for set up were step by step and easy to follow. I’m not sure if this was a one off, I had to first connect to the internet with a Ethernet cable for the printer to recognize the Wi-Fi but after doing that, no problems connecting to WiFi. I like that it comes with 2 years of ink, it helps feel like you’re getting a little more bang for your buck.

Easy to set up and like the ink refill approach. Prints a nice color document, copies and sans. Small footprint.

Unbelievably easy to install, it does just about everything itself. The print quality and photo printing are excellent. It is everything I hoped for in a home printer and more.

Easy to set up. Print speed is good. Photos are ok. Having the tank for ink is the best thing!

We are extremely please with the new HP7602 Smart Tank printer. It was a snap to set-up in less than 30 minutes and filling the 4 ink tanks was quick and with no mess. Printing of both B/W and Color is clear and painless. B/W printing speed is great and Color prints take about twice as long but not a problem have only had the printer for 3 weeks but very impressed thus far.

Once successfully installed via ethernet it worked and continues to work perfectly. I don't have wifi enabled on anything so connecting to my network was a bit of an issue that was resolved quickly once i discovered where to look and what to do. The big selling point for me was the approximately two year of ink supply and, at current prices the low cost of ink when the time comes. It was also on sale for about $15 more than the ink cartridge version. All of my printers over the years have been HP products. This one replaced a 15 year old that just gave up.

Went in to buy a different machine. Glad I got this one. Not only does the ink last longer, it also prints front to back without turning the paper! Haven't tried the fax yet. Colors are nice.

I have always purchased HP printers. I have had this printer for about a month. It seems to print slower than other printers. And the commands are digital, but take longer to program because only one ‘command’ shows up at a time - needing to scroll to get to the wanted ‘command.’ If you want 20 copies…..it is necessary to scroll through numbers 1-19 to get to 20 instead of just typing in ’20.’ Perhaps I just don’t know how to do this. Also - how do they decide that it has ‘two years of ink?’ I am quite sure this ink supply will not last two years for me. I also think it is unusual that the top of the paper tray cannot be removed. The whole paper tray needs to be pulled out in order to see how much paper is left. I am just a little disappointed in some of this printer’s qualities.

Great all in one printer, ink has been lasting even after going through several hundred pages of paper. Double sided printing is also great as it automatically flips the paper. Top scanner is nice being able to just load the tray and send it. Highly recommend if youll be printing large quantities.

Replaced and Epson eco tank printer that guit printing blue. Quality of the print on the HP much superior than Epson. Easy to set up. Won't work with older windows software.
