So far so good although set up was a bit complicated even with the HP smart app. The instruction manual was horrible. Putting the included ink in the ink tanks was not explained anywhere. So "heads up" Do Not squeeze the ink bottles when you turn them over and put them in the ink tank slots. Learned the hard way because eventually they fill (but no where does it state not to squeeze) Had a small mess after the 1st attempt. Was able to clean up but not perfection. Seems to print well so far at a reasonable speed. Its a decent printer for home use but not a quality office printer. Time will tell on this one.

This is the most wasy to use, efficient, and high quality printer I have owned. Used many other brands, but HP has been the best so far. I would dwfinately recommend this to anyone looking for a printer.

I love my printer, I’ve had to update my old one and it was thhe best decision I could of made. By getting this all iin one , so easy to use.

We’ve only had the printer for a month or so, but it is by far a much better quality than any other printer we’ve had. I believe the ink bottles are easy to install as well as the entire set up of the printer. Would recommend to friends and family.

Awesome printer! Haven't used all the features yet, but so far it is the best printer I have ever purchased. So easy to fill the ink, absolutely no mess at all.

The buying experience was very good. The clerks who helped me were very knowledgable and helped me understand the pros and cons of several printers that I was interested in. The printer was relatively easy to set up. The ink went in easily with no mess. It prints well. In our house, it services two computers. From mine, it wouldn't offer options to print in color, but from my husbands, it did. I contacted HP chat agent who led me through a procedure to fix the problem. That involved over an hour of time, but it works now, so I am happy. However, she did try to get me to buy an additional warrantee.

Nothing to dislike better then last one and i like it prints on both sides of paper.

LOVE the options that it offers, and it is an upgrade from my previous printer. Thankful for HP Support to get me past instructions that were not enclosed. Would recommend, coupled with HP Support.

Perhaps it may appear a little overpriced but the 2-years ink supply included makes up for it on this multiple function printer. Set is not completed if you carefully follow the instructions and app. We will report about production quality as we use this device a little further.

I really like the printer. Had an issue with the paper loading, but the HP tool fixed it. What I didn’t like was I bought a different HP printer from Best Buy that wouldn’t work at all. I had to pay another install fee for both. Evan though the first one wouldn’t work.

We have two of these printers for the business and they've worked great for us! The Supertanker ink is much cheaper than ink cartridges and more cost effective. We'll be getting a third one soon!

We were looking at an Epson or an HP printer. Started leaning to an Epson after reading reviews, but when tested it at Best Buy, that changed our mind on the spot! Epson seemed kind of cheaply built, not impressed. After test printing a couple of pages, we were sold. Best Buy also took in our old HP printer and gave us $30. The tank printers are a little more expensive, but longer time between refilling ink.

Just set it up. Printed one document. That’s fine so far. The WiFi setup is a bear. Repeated failed attempts using HP “smart.” Yes, there’s a reason I put that word in quotes. Finally set it up manually in the display, which was simple once I figured out how to navigate. (Like texting on an old flip phone, but it finally worked like a charm.) Recommending it bc of the tank and the all-in-one. Bought it during a sale; not sure I’d pay the current price.

Great printer so far! Not sure what else to say. I think the ink will pay off in the long run

Of all the printers I have had, this version of HP is the best. It comes up quickly, it is very easy to get online and connect to my wifi. And last, the folks at Best Buy were the most knowledgeable and helpful when I got conflicted about what to buy for a new printer.

My old printer was 15yrs old when it died. I purchased this one because it had positive reviews for printing picture, the pictures are not robust, the colors are muted. Not very happy with that part. The paper tray is extremely difficult to remove and refill, it is not very well thought out machine, an older person would have a hard time refilling the paper tray.

I love the simplicity and quality of the prints. The set up was smooth and easy to navigate. The front load and top loading of paper is the chefs kiss.

Was well.packaged, procting it from damage. Easy to set up. Instructions along with online vidro, well done. Easy to load ink with no mess. Print qaulity is good. I think the pricr is high, but I am hoping to make up for it, in savings on ink.
