    First printer would not recognize the print heads. Best Buy replaced with new one, which works very well. Happy with printer, and very happy with Best Buy’s help and the ease to get a new replacement printer

    I was buying ink almost every week with my old printer. I've been using this thing almost every day for nearly 2 months now, and there is no sign that I will need more ink anytime soon. The money I'm saving by not paying for cartridges so frequently, has almost paid for this already. Setup was simple and easy. Definitely worth it.

    We were quite surprised with the quality of print at the speed for the price. 2 years worth of ink is a no brainer. The expensive and most profitable part for printer manufacturers is the ink, so this is a new approach that I believe will work out great! I've had the big 3 brands in terms of printers. So far, this lives up to the HP standard of high quality to date.

    Good quality print job. Not very fast when I send several print jobs quickly. Requires an extra step in sending a print job. Installing ink and print heads much more complicated than the older printer design but worth it if it is a money-saver. Long time HP printer and computer user. 10-years of serve from previous 8600 Pro.

    Nice all in one printer. This replaces an older HP all in one that used ink cartridges. I have only had it setup for 1 day so I am interested in seeing how long before I need to refill the ink wells.

    Great printer, installed without any issues, text and photo print quality is excellent and print speed is very good. I have printed 1000 pages, used the scanner and document feeder and have had zero problems. Print head design is a great feature as well as the ink tanks. So far I am really liking this printer. Would recommend

    Good print, copy and scan functions. Not easy to set up with my new fiber optics internet connection and wifi probably because the instructions are basically for simple connections. I had to get IT help.
