    I am not happy with this yet. When I send a color document from my laptop to the printer, it only prints in black and white. There is no instruction to say "color" or "black and white." However, when I print from my larger monitor desktop computer, there is an instruction and I can make the choice

    If you are not an IT person, this printer is not for you. I spent 2 hours trying to make it connected and scan. The website did not have the correct drivers I needed. I had to get the drivers from a different website.

    I had this for 3 weeks now and its been good. There was a setting i had to change to get the scanner to work with windows but other wise it was smooth. I just wish for the money i paid, it would come with its own email address like the previous hp i had.

    Im not overly impressed by this printer, but ive only had it less than a month. It prints pretty fast, but it shakes my table when it does. Colors are ok, but black ink can be darker.
