    Not impressed. the printer was a challenge to setup with wi-fi. Got past that and there is this annoying blue light on the front of this thing that will light up the room at night, wife not happy that this cannot be turned off without power down or disconnect from wi-fi. Then lately the thing takes a crap. Was purchased 12/15/2025 and now will not work. Error that print head is missing. Cleaned it, put back, same error. Run out and buy a new print head, same old crap. So now I have to try to get this printer replaced.

    Was very pleased with my shopping experience!! The store was squeaky clean, everything in order, and excellent inventory of products (no empty spaces). I was greeted by a friendly employee at the door and asked if I needed help several times as I made my way back to the computer section. I was helped there by a very friendly sales agent that answered all my questioned and as I am handicapped even offered to carry my purchase (large printer) out to my car. I left the store feeling extremely happy with my shopping experience.

    Printer is good but unable to use it wireless. Connection accepts wireless network but when you try to use it get message saying unable to connect to network
