I purchased this printer because my current printer was having issues. I had a 7640 Envy printer that I had for many years. It was discontinued and I needed to find a printer that matched the feature of my old printer. I found the Hp 7603 was the only printer that matched up to it. I was leary about the ink tank being costly ink to replace, but found the liquid ink is much more cost saving than the cink cartridges I was replacing and spending alot of money on. I use my printer everyday and have not seen the ink go down at all. This is a plus for me. The only con I can say is the LED screen is small and hard to see. It is compatible to the Hp envy series ptinters and the only internal fax that compares to that all in one model.

Great printer. It is so much faster and easier to use than our previous printer. Really appreciate the ink bottles.

This printer has been working great! It has been easy to print from both a computer as well as wirelessly via our iphones/ipad. I am not expecting top notch quality with photos, but the few that I have printed have turned out very nice. I chose this printer over some of the lesser models at the time since it can hold lots of ink and paper. I have had the printer for more than a year now and still have not run out of ink. I am very happy with this purchase!

So far so good. Love the Supertank ink. Printer and scanner is easy to use. Prints a little slower than I would like but I'm a little impatient.

Ive had this product for a couple years now and its still going strong. I used this printer for work for months and im still using the ink that came in the original box. I moved homes and the peinter didnt need to be reconnected to wifi. I just turned it back on and started using it again. (Which was 3 months from packing it up)

I gave it 4 stars because I haven't had it very long. So far set up went fairly easily, for the most part the instructions were easy to follow. I am able to print from my phone and my laptop. It prints faster than my old HP.

I had dreaded having to buy another printer since my old one stopped working. I had purchased a less expensive printer and I'm glad I took a chance on this and upgraded. Works smoothly, connected fast, loaded the ink without issue and it's worked well so far!

Needed a new printer. Decided on this bad boy! Was very easy to set up and 2 years of ink included. Was a no brainer. Price was good at $329.99. Can't find it cheaper at any other seller. Print quality is very nice, speed is great. CAN'T GO WRONG. You can even print from a smart phone. I liked that.... Thumbs up Best Buy................

Easy to set up automatically connected to Wi-Fi. You don’t have to mess with Wi-Fi direct. They give you a year of ink, which is really nice. Great print quality.

This printer was an easy setup. I did have Geek Squad come in and make some fine adjustments since I was changing computers. The quick set up guide and the app were really helpful. The tank system is easy to install. What I really enjoy is the quickness and sort of the printing process.

The printer is pricey. But ink is cheap and there is plenty of it. For decades printers where cheap but ink was expensive. Example: HP 8710 pro was $160 and ink was $130 HP ink and not able to use off brand ink very well whithout messing up printer forever and only lasting around 2,000 pages. This printer: HP Smart tank 7602 is $450 and ink is only $65 for HP ink and you can use anybody's ink Black 32XL and 31/CMY ink for as low as $20 and lasts 8,000 pages. So Buying a 8710 Pro with enough ink for 8,000 pages would cost $680 and to buy HP Smart Tank 7602 with ink for 8,000 pages would cost $450. So you save $230 after printing 8,000 pages with HP 8710 Pro. Now I admit that is using there projected amount of ink used for 8,000 pages but you get the idea, that estimate is for 2 years of ink for each printer. So in a 2 year time frame you are saving approximatly $230. After that ink is cheap for another 2 years. Sounds like a win-win to me!!!!
