I love my new printer, print quality is good. Ink seems to last a long time in the tanks. The only issue I have had is with the print head, sometimes it doesn't want to print and tells me to remove the print head and put back in. That resolves the problem but not sure if I will eventually need new printer heads.

It works pretty good. I would recommend this printer. best buy had them on sale $50.00 off.

Much easier than the older HP Printer I had. I was signed up for the HP Instant Ink ctuff and it was annoying getting charged every month when I didnt use it all the time. This new tank system is awesome and lasts MUCH longer!

This is a great printer. Does not use ink cartridges, but bulk ink. That is why I bought this printer. When my old printer got half empty of black ink, it would not print. I had to throw out the black cartridge and put in a new black cartridge. Then it would print. What a waste of ink. The probable cause is the communication between the printers brain and the computer chip that tells the printer how much ink there is. The Geek Squad could have fixed it, but this was right after the Coronavirus hit, and the store was closed.

Set up was easy, no mess to add ink and it works great.

Replaced my HP 8600, which I'd had for approximately 10 years. This is a GREAT replacement. Highly recommend it. My only complaint is that my HP 8600 did two sided printing easier. Whereas, with this one I have to physically flip the page between side printings. A minor inconvenience. But should have been as easy as the earlier model.

So far, so great! Prints beautiful sheets of paper. Copies well. Far better than my old HP printer (69-series). Love it so far!
