the first printer I bought did not have a fax with it. The Best Buy employees were extremely helpful and ordered the second printer which was correct. So far, all is well and it is working very well. I like the fact I don't have to buy ink and it will last a long time.

The quality of the printing is fine but duplexing and scanning is manual. Would have never purchased this if I had known that as I scan a lot of double-sided documents as well as prefer to print on both sides.

I'm going to love this new, easy to use Supertank printer.

Incredible print quality. It's been struggling with "jammed" pages lately, but no jam. Maybe the paper is a bit cheap, but I don't think it wasn't the cheapest paper. Anyway, generally good, will have to see if the phantom jams become a repeated problem.

I have to say at the time when I bought this printer I wasn’t expecting anything great. We had just entered the state of emergency and it seemed that everybody decided that they also needed a printer in order for them to work from home. This was one of the last ones available same day. This printer has me pleasantly surprised with how great it is. It’s quiet and fast, the ink lasts forever, and the image quality of the scans are fantastic. I love this printer!

So far, the printer seems to work fine. The only issue is that the paper hopper is rather small and does not accommodate very much paper, so you have to refill it more frequently.

Not as quick response as my previous. The tanks are a good option. I could not find a place to change font or print intensity.

Colors are not vibrant or crisp. Does not print double sided unless manually fed. Has color tanks v. Cartridges but until you set it up you don’t know that in addition to the color tanks there are printer cartridges too. Which are in a pretty cramped spot. Twice now I had to “reinstall” the cartridges. So although the ink is supposed to last up to two years not sure about these extra cartridges. . We wanted a fairly small printer for counter top but we’ll see.

I purchased a new printer because my old one did not print very clear and sharp. I was told this one does but it’s not that great of quality and when it’s printing objects, there’s lines in it. I tried to adjust that but it didn’t work. Then it wouldn’t print, and I had to play around with it to get it to work. I also prefer a drawer for my paper instead of how it loads from the back.

I like the HP-Smart Tank All-pn-one printer. The ink wells are easy to fill. The only thing that i wish it had was a self feeder to do side 2 , when doing a double sided print.
