Easy set up, small issues the first few prints... Over all I would buy again, Just wait for a sale next time...

A bit pricier than I planned on, but the operation is good and it's quiet. The fill bottles for the tank are easy no spill types that don't have the potential for a mess like the Canon model I had.

The printer takes too long for it to print a invoice. You tap print on computer seems and it seems to take forever before it starts to print. Once it starts printing the invoice it's okay but the command to takes forever.

The set up instructions were not clear. I am not sure yet about the quality of printing because I just bought it and have made very few copies. I am concerned about moving it now because the information sheet says it has to be level when moving it because of the ink tanks.

The rating is low because this was NOT what I explained I needed in a printer. Companies need to provide more information on their products to help the salesman given us correct information.
When I returned this printer which did not have 3 of the functions I asked for. I did settle knowing it didn't have duplex coping but after I got home and called HP, they told me about the other two functions that I wanted but did not get. Glad I didn't open the box. I tried again when I returned this printer and even Google didn't help the second salesman find information on other printers so I left out of the store and when I returned home, I called individual companies myself until I found the one I wanted that was available. This was not a pleasant experience!
As for the printer. If I was not looking for specific features, this printer would have been great! I've heard many good things about it. It was way less bulky than my old printer and would have been compatible with my HP computer. Disappointed it didn't serve my needs. If you don't need duplex printing, paper tray or reduction/ enlarge print, this would be a great printer.

Excellent!! Best purchase I have made in a long time! My old printer, after a few months, would have to beset almost every other day!! This one is amazing!!

I replaced a still functioning Canon printer..This HP printer. was simple to set up and use.Basically plug and play. It prints beautifully, and I love the large ink ranks. Highly recommend.

We needed a printer that would help with our in home business and the amount of label printing that we do. This printer does just that. Setup was easy, and we are proud of our purchase!

I like this particular printer because of its large and capacity. It has worked well. Also each color of ink is sold individually and can be poured into their respective tanks.

Nice printer with high-quality results. Printing is noticeably slower than my previous HP PhotoSmart, but not an issue for me. Thrilled to no longer have cartridges to replace!

I wish I could return it. About 3 weeks after purchase I checked the Best Buy Return policy and it’s too late. I’m stuck with it. It prints better than I expected. My issues are with all the errors. I don’t know if it will print each time or what error I might get. I have to repeatedly uninstall and reinstall the printer cartridge. Yes, even though there are ink takes it still uses ink cartridges the just have ink reservoirs. I also get errors about phantom paper jams and false out of paper errors. Plus one other one I can’t think of right now. If I’m having this much trouble this soon I don’t expect anything to improve and will probably get worse. But then maybe I can return under warranty. I forgot, another thing I don’t like is I can’t print 2 sided! I can if I print all on one side and then re-feed the paper in. Yes, this is by design and what HP means by 2 sided printing. I regret buy HP, I should have went with Epson or Cannon, the only reason I didn’t was because Best Buy was sold out of the other brands.
Thanks for the review and the description of your experience. While I’m glad you’re pleased with your printer’s print quality, I’m sorry to hear that it has been so problematic for you. It’s no surprise that you’re frustrated and disappointed, considering the unexplained errors the device has displayed, making for unreliable performance. I want to help you remedy this situation, so I’ll offer a resource and some information I hope will reach that end.
I can’t tell from your review what has caused these various errors or whether they’re related, so I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and find a solution. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number - Serial number - Your location - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: - support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty

I purchased this printer and it was defective but I contact customer service and Best Buy and they made it very easy to just go in and get a replacement the second printer that I got was awesome worked perfectly fine its is a good quality The only thing that I would’ve liked is that the black printing makes it very light it’s not as dark as I was like but overall it was OK

Finally a printer that always connect to wireless devices. Easy to scan print, copy etc. I like the ink cartridges as well. Cheaper to replace and last long.
