This prints and scans great...but you cannot copy great. It is harder to do double sided copies. You have to flip the paper around instead of the printer taking the paper back in. Like the idea of being able to refill the ink tanks instead of buy new cartridges. I would recommend only if some one does not need to make many copies.

Amazing printer, we have saved so much money on ink... because we haven't had to buy any more yet. The ink that comes with the printer will last a very very long time. I expect at least 1 full year before we have to replace.

The printer looked nice but I never was able to get it to work. When i got to the part where you install the cartridges, it kept failing the color cartridge. I reinstalled like a hundred times, turned it off and on, it just kept saying to reinstall the color cartridge . So i took it to the geek squad and found out that they do not do printers. So i was very upset about the whole ordeal. 1.never paid that much for a printer before. 2. Couldn’t get printer to work. 3. Geek squad was not helpful.

Printer is compact and practical for a small office. Appreciate not having to spend money on ink cartridges anymore. I was nervous about pouring the ink from the bottles into the tanks, but there was not mess to clean, and setting up the printer was very easy

Great printer but slow compared to the printer I previously had. But also saves money on ink!

BE SURE TO DOWNLOAD THE PROGRAM TO YOUR COMPUTER FOR THIS PRINTER for it to print in COLOR! If it is not downloaded properly the printer will only print in black and white. Once it is fully downloaded it operates as a good printer.

Paper tray hold papers at the back is not good for large print job. Such a nice printer should have tray.rolled in inside. Ink dispensing from cartridge is too messy and should have been better.

This is a great printer, It looks expensive but when you come with the color you will save a lot of money.

Directions not clear on set up. Printer is not very reliable as I have had to restart several times.

I really love how long the ink lasts, but we do have issues keeping it connected to the wireless internet.

I am saving a ton of money on ink. I can’t believe how long these refillable cartridges last. I’ve yet to have to fill them.

The first 651 printer I got had a defective paper tray so it had to go back. I'm having a little trouble hooking up the second printer to my computer. The instructions are vague. There was a notice at the end of the instructions saying there is a video for setting up. Why is that at the end instead of the first thing in the instructions. I'm going to bed now.

Easy to set up and use thus us a good machine for a non techie like me !!!

Prints good. The only thing I miss is printing two sided paper where it can flip paper on its own.

Great printer for use in a person home, for college or other personal use.
