    Took a couple attempts to connect. Copy works, print works, fax and scanner not working. Have to wait 16 days for home help!!

    My rating is based on the fact that the sales guy gave me a different model than the one I asked for and I didn't realize it until it was out of the box at home. Fortunately Best Buy was extremely responsive and gave me a full refund.

    Not very happy with the HP printer . Had to get a computer specialist to get it to work properly. Just hope it doesn’t quit again. Service calls with computer helpers are not cheap

    You can print from any device and it holds a good amount of ink. Needed a printer after 10 years.

    Print quality is excellent but slow. It is easy to set up the ink seems to be a good value. The problem with the printer is that it shreds the paper. It picks the paper from one side and rips it as it loads. It is worse than the $39 HP Envy that this was replacing. I have to take it back to Best Buy.

    This printer will not keep the WiFi settings intact. Every time I print I have to do something to get it working again so I can print even 1 page. So frustrating!
