The picture instructions were not very clear. But it was good once we got it figured out

Had so many issues with this printer that I ended up returning it. Always printed with various spots empty. Also was shutting down so we had to physical turn it on before printing.

The setup was not easily completed. There were multiple places to look for that information. But, it became confusing on which direction to get to what you need. I'm having a scan problem, it has not worked since I purchased the printer.

I have used HP for years but this model appeared quick to get on the market. The ink system is perfect but the vertical paper feed coupled with low paper capacity and manual duplex printing makes it a poor choice for my office. Returned for a HP OfficeJet 8025 with auto-duplex and larger paper capacity. Love it!

I was seeking a full-service printer with ink tanks instead of ink cartridges. I LOVE the wireless printing from different devices. It is not a "rapid fire" printer but perfect for my home/home office needs.

Great printer! I was talked into going with the smart tank by the associate because i hate buying ink. You will pay a bit more for this printer but the ink lasts sooo much longer! I highly recommend this printer!

Doesn’t hold much paper. And freezes up on me at least every other day. I have to unplug it for a bit and plug in again to reset it. An expensive printer to have such issues. However it does print nicely and I really like not having to replace ink cartridges every month.
This is very upsetting to hear that you are not entirely satisfied with this printer. We are always grateful for our customers' feedback, as we can continuously care for their experience. This also allows us to adjust our Products' design to suit our customers' needs the best.

I studied the specs carefully because I did not want a printer with cartridges. The specs say NO CARTRIDGES. When it arrived, it had two cartridges. I'm unable to send this back because Best Buy has messed up the pick up and won't straighten it out. I REALLY LIKE BEST BUY but this order has been a mess.

If this solves the expensive ink cartridges, it will be worth the investment. I am using up the old ink cartridges first because they are so expensive. It was almost cheaper to buy a new printer instead of ink cartridges.

I purchased this HP printer in August 2024. From the start, the printer would intermittently stop printing with a message to remove and reinstall the print cartridge (black). After dealing with this problem for weeks, I called HP Tech support (3 times) only to have them send a replacement new cartridge. Unfortunately for me, the problem continued to occur. After additional call to HP, they agreed to send a replacement printer, but only after receiving the damaged unit at their facility in California. This left me with no printing capability for approximately 2 weeks. The replacement unit has been in use for since January 24 and the same issue has occurred.
