Great printer, love the refillable ink. Could print a little faster.

I am very happy with my purchase. It makes really good copy I would highly recommend this product.

Pretty good unit, my only opportunity for improvement is with HP online support.

Easy set up, makes great copies at a decent speed. Have not used scan yet.

Issues out of the box. First two documents printed great. Then came the messages that the print heads were not compatible with the printer. Called customer support, they were great but did not resolve the issue, were going to send me new printheads. So apparently the printheads are a disposable item, they sell those instead of ink. As I stated, very cheaply made. Had been using HP for 30 years, returned this printer and purchased an Epson.

I Love Best Buy, this not Best Buy fault however, I bought A HP 651 printer, setup & installed a smart printer app, that ask for a credit card but stated it would not be charged. TOTAL LIE, my cc was charged the next day so I had to cancel My CC- Total scam by HP!!! I will never buy an HP product again!!!

If I could give this less than one star I would. THIS ALL IN ONE "PRINTER" IS THE WORST ELECTRONIC DEVICE I HAVE EVER OWNED!!! I am outside my 15 day window to return this product. I didn't realize what a piece of garbage this machine was until a few weeks of trying to make it work. I thought it was just that the wireless function was glitchy, but then I bought a USB cord to connect it directly to my computer. That didn't help. I do not want a refund; I only want Best Buy to replace this with an all in one printer that will work. Both my husband and I are teachers who have to do a lot of remote work nowadays and rely on scanning documents to upload to our students. What should take 5 minutes takes 45, since it keeps interrupting the scan process with error messages and we have to start all over. I am currently on hold with Best Buy to try to get a replacement - I have been on hold for an hour and have not been able to speak to a supervisor who can possibly make an exception and accept a return after the return window. If I cannot get this returned, I will have wasted close to $500 on this after buying the $40 USB cord to try to fix the issue.

Great product. Very easy to use. Just installed and started printing.

Very disappointing. Unlike other HP products I have purchased. This will likely be my last purchase of an HP item. Printer itself is made of flimsy plastic, the paper feed is atrocious and I have spent two weeks trying to get my Mac reliably connected. Printer stops printing after 6 or 7 pages. I will be replacing it shortly.

Says it needs repair. I just bought it last week Why?

Had product so I could Pick it up same day. I won't buy if i have to wait.

So far so good haven’t tried printing pictures yet but everything else excellent.

I gave it 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. Biggest piece of junk I've ever purchased. Don't waste your money. My old one, that I have beat on to make work, is still better than this one.

Printer's power cord could not plug in the printer.

We could not automatically print back and front of pages without having to print one side, then go to printer and turn pages over manually and print on other side.

I'm having trouble getting to know my new printer. Can't seem to be able to get the margins right. It's difficult for the paper to feed properly.

So far the printer is performing well as it should for being brand new!
