Strong enough but louder than expected compared to other company products. Battery is not bad but has room from improvement. IF you are in pain & need to work on yourself with little time/effort = worth it.

I was surprised how much vibration and heat it generates and the battery life considering both. One mild complaint is the power button rattles from the vibration which is annoying so I have to cover it with a small piece of tape.

This device pales in comparison to those products. The vibration is useless and the heat works but didnt do anything for me. Waste of money if you ask me. Save up and get a normatec. Youll be happy you did
