Decent Headset with Caveats

The headset sounds good but the Ngenuity software is terrible and doesn’t work as when using the equalizer it introduces lag which makes the unit unusable. It’s been in the market for a while and commitment from HyperX to fix the issue. Had to send back for warranty due to battery getting under 20% and wouldn’t connect or charge.
