Just installed this for an old coworker who has an older Corolla. I bought the matching iBEAM backup camera, looks like iBEAM is a Metra brand which I like. I've installed these types of backup cameras before back before our cars came with them, so installation was a breeze for me. I like that this just plugs into the cigarette lighter outlet for power. No issues so far, works exactly as it should. I used to pay a lot less for these rear view mirror screen clip ons, but the price is still reasonable. It's the perfect solution for an older car that you don't want to spend a ton of money for. Be aware that there is considerable glare during the day - it's a mirror after all. You learn to adjust how you look at it and set your expectations accordingly. Night time is no problem. If your windows are tinted, that also helps. Picture quality is on par with the similar products I've purchased in years past. This mirror clips onto your old one so it transmits/amplifies vibration as your car idles, so just be aware of that. It's one of the sacrifices of this type of backup camera setup but I'd take this over none at all, that's for sure!

I installed this in my honda fit. I like it alot. Only issue is the Glare in the daytime.

Works perfect just have in mind it comes without a camera. I had to buy a camera separately.

Purchase for a Jeep Cherokee that does not have a backup camera. Install was easy! The mounting of the monitor is easy, but make sure you place the correct side up. The directions do not explain it well, but the arms extend and grip firmly. The picture is not very bright but is clear. The mirror has no lines when the monitor is off and does not hinder the use of the mirror. Cables are thin, use caution not to damage them.

Great build quality. Easy to install. Needed to modify mounting a little bit to fit a Chevy motor with on star buttons

Screen a little dark overall very clear view, the guide lines are a great help with parking

The backup mirror/camera is very small and uncomplicated. It is inexpensive and was installed by Beat Buy Geek Squad. The installer was very helpful in helping me to make the purchase and installation. The view is very small, but quite clear. It has helped me in backing up in my van, which is difficult to see on the passenger side. A larger more elaborate, expensive backup camera would be better, of course, but this is helpful.

Was easy to connect that's very well on the mirror of course hiding the wires is more of an issue but that's with any device like this I would recommend it though quality is very good

If you have a backup camera. I need bought a new car stereo without a touchscreen. This is the way to go.

This is exactly what I needed due to the fact that I can't obstruct the view on my windshield with a dash mounted screen. I bought this on clearance as an opened box item assuming that the previous purchaser didn't really understand what this is. It's just a monitor. It is NOT a dash cam and this does NOT include a camera. This is a monitor ONLY and it is NOT wireless. But if you have the ability to wire a camera into your vehicle, it works quite well for the purpose it serves.

Bought this for mom as a christmas gift. She loves the video quality makes it easy for reversing her truck and she loves the fact that it is stock looking.

Not sure if it's my camera or the unit but the image is distorted and it takes a good 3 seconds to come up when I engage reverse.

It’s a good camera for the price. It looks very stock installed. The image is decent. I have it in a convertible and about worthless with the top down in the day but otherwise works fine.

We purchased this to go along with the back up camera for our daughters SUV. It has worked great and we feel much safer with her having a back up camera.

For the price it has its honestly a great product the resolution isnt 4k but it gets the job done and fairly easy to install yourself
