Install was fast and they actually called me because there was a cancellation and let me come in early which was great. 10/10

They were very professional but installation took 3 times to get it right , I had to drive 1hr 3 Saturday's in a row because they couldn’t get the steering wheel controls or backup. Camera to work , it works great now but I was charged for each visit

Cooper did an awesome job installing my new Kenwood Car Receiver.

They were very knowledgeable and also advised concerns with steering wheel buttons. They suggested a slightly different model that didn’t have know issues with the steering wheel buttons.

Car Audio Installation Service came free with the Planet Audio Wireless CarPlay device purchase. Kudos to Brandon at Best Buy, Marlborough who installed the CarPlay device on my 2016 Corolla S as well as enabled the Back-Up Camera and the Steering Wheel Controls. He helped me find the right SWC (the PAC SWI-CP2) for my 2016 Corolla S. Also, he made my existing Back-Up Camera work with the Planet Audio CarPlay device without any additional aftermarket harness. Note that the SWC device (price depends on the device needed for your Car and CarPlay Device) and installation (USD 65) comes with an additional cost.

The installer Sidney at the Folsom Ca store did an excellent job installing my new kenwood 5707S into my old 1997 chevy silverado using a custom after market Metra dash face, lined it up perfectly, and installed new kicker-ks speakers. It looks and sounds great! She also went one step further and put a couple new door panel pins on i had so my door panel is nice and tight. Thank you Sidney for the excellent install.

The installer was profesional and had a great attitude and was friendly. He did a great job and did not scratch or damage my car when doing the install. It looks factory. The only complaint I have is that he was unable to get my steering wheel controls to work. The equipment I purchased is supposed to retain those controls but he couldnt get them to work. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things but some people would not be okay with it. Overall a great value and am happy enough.

It was a bit pricey. Took a bit of time too get installed. Beyond that so far its ok.

So I had an appointment that was a month out and I had that itch you get when you have a brand new stereo and have to have it installed ASAP! So I checked in with the Geek Squad installation expert, gave him my number. He had a cancellation the next day and I was there like grease lightning. He told me he needed two hours for the installation. I went and got a bite to eat and before my food was ready I got a call from Best Buy saying that my vehicle was ready for pick up. It didn’t even take a full hour.

At first I was worried about a different technician working on my car, as I already had trusted a different technician with my previous car and he was AWESOME! The technician at the Commack store who worked on my car was Chris. All I can say is WOW! I cannot say enough great things about him! He was super personable and polite. Very, very knowledgeable with car installations too. I knew my car was in good hands after our consult. (Which he made time for on short notice when I walked in without an appt.) Everything was done with professional precision too. I got my in-dash radio receiver installed, along with XM Radio. He also installed the steering wheel controls. And lastly, he installed my back-up camera. He surpassed my expectations by getting all of that work done expediently as well. Thank you so much, Chris! You rock!

Upgraded the head unit on my 2005 Ford Taurus. Went from a Kenwood Exceleon KDC-X998 to a Pioneer AVH-3500NEX. Both are single DIN stereos but the pioneer has more modern technology. It has a 7” flip out screen that allows a backup camera hook up and also features Apple CarPlay. Install took about 3 hours, which included swapping out the radios and installing the backup camera. The Geek squad installers were also kind enough to give me a Bluetooth mic cable for free since I didn’t have one for my new radio. I purchased the items online not at BestBuy. I had Geek Squad install parts since they have a killer warranty. Great service!

The installation crew was extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and conscientious. They did a fantastic job with the installation, and the customer service was first rate. Would highly recommend the Issaquah Best Buy for automotive product installs.
