The stereo works well and I am plenty happy with that, but the tech that serviced my car returned it with many panels misaligned as well and various clips broken/bent. I had to pull quite a few panels apart to fix it back up.

The geek squad was very knowledgeable. They were awesome.

I had a new radio installed after my original stereo was damaged by mechanics during a routine service. I purchased the radio with all of the bells and whistles at Best Buy for a great price and I opted to have it installed there as well. The cost of the installation was minimal and easy to schedule. While I couldn't have it installed right away due to their bust schedule around the holidays (book in advance!) I was able to get it worked in within just a few weeks. The installation only took a few hours and I was able to take care of some errands in the shopping center where the best buy was located while I waited. I would most definitely use Geek Squad installation again.

This installation was great. I did start having issues with my speakers immediately after installation. Overall thought the experience was great.

The installer was really good. The install was fast. He warned me about potential problems ahead of time. He checked to see if the radio I was going to install met my needs, and offered a couple options. Good guy. Radio works great.

After the first radio installation was completed on July 12th, I noticed an electrical burning smell in the car. Within a week, my car battery died. I pulled the fuse on the radio and that fixed my car battery issue. Geek Squad was able to schedule a second appointment within 48 hours of me calling. They confirmed that there was some sort of electrical issue with the first radio and wiring harness. They installed a new radio and wiring harness and all seems to be working great. Very professional looking installation. I am very pleased.

The install was fast and expertly done but difficult to schedule. They were booked for a month solid before I could get an appointment. When I arrived for the install, it became apparent that the instructions provided by the manufacturer for my vehicle were incorrect. I had to order an additional piece, and the store manager was nice enough to compensate me for my lost time given that I would now how to wait additional time. The mistake was certainly on the side of the installer, but they were given bad information, so it would be hard to fault the installer. My only complaint is that the price for labor was about $50 higher than I felt appropriate.

Does exactly what it says It's supposed to do. A little pricey and it lacked a certain feature that I wanted. It wasn't capable of letting me use the in-car navigation screen alongside it. My previous unit did. With this one, the in car display is blank and is turned off. Non-functional

It was a good deal but the Pioneer unit sucked. It’s been a year and I’ve had to take it in twice because the antennae is not connecting. To make it worst, they scheduled an appointment for me but didn’t have the part so that was a waste of time. Good thing I paid for GeekSquad warranty because I might have been out of luck. And the microphone is fine when the road is smooth but when it’s bumpy, it sounds terrible.

I was extremely happy with the fact that John from auto installations in Best Buy Santee, Ca was able to help select the parts as well as handle the installation so that the existing functionality of the steering wheel controls continued to function seamlessly. When he was unable to determine from the literature which of 2 possible harness kits were appropriate, he had me buy both and promised that he would refund the cost of the unused part. This kept the installation on schedule and the the steering wheel controls worked flawlessly. The refund for the unused part was processed immediately upon installation. Great job John!!!

Amazing service as always. I would highlight: I was kept informed of all job details from beginning to end. Very courteous guy taking care of the job. The service fee also very fair IMO. And the job took a reasonable amount of time. Would go back to the same store for any future car job.

I bought my in dash stereo somewhere else and had the Geek Squad install. They did a pretty good job. At first when I told them I want all my remaining factory stuff to still work they said no that it probably would not. I bought the wiring hardness so that it would. So even though they were not familiar with this unit they got it figured out and everything works great. I would have given them 5 stars but two days after install my panel popped off and wires was hanging down. I fixed it my self. No problem.

I apologize I cannot remember the names of the guys that did my install. They did an amazing job and got me in fast. I did not expect to have it done today - I was just checking on prices. I was pleasantly surprised that they could get me in. The guys were also super informative, helpful and honest about everything. It was an A+ visit all the way around. I was hesitant to go to a store like this for car audio installation honestly, but after this experience I would probably start here next time.
