These guys were very quick as I had thought it would be a couple hours; only took 30 minutes. Only thing I noticed is that when I got home and was learning the stereo system, my car died. Seems like something is draining the battery as the car died when going through the stereo menus. I checked the charge and the battery was low. It wasn't like that before the install. How do I have them look at it again?

The whole process from start to finish was pain less and streamlined. The rep who setup the appointment made sure we had ordered all parts for installation to go smooth. Once we came in for appointment, took about an hour as told. The installer took his time to walk and show my son how to use the unit.

Extraordinary service began with Destiny recommending the next model that included Apple Carplay which we are so happy to have. Mitch and Clayton did a superb job installing our radio. They finished on time with service exceeding expectations.

The service was excellent. Faster than either the tech or I expected. He said he was allotted two hours, so we went to have an early dinner. As our dinner was brought to us, he called and said he was done. I told him we were just about to eat and he said no problem he'd be there when we got back.

I had the installation done at the HARLEM AND IRVING IL (Store 319) in Chicago, IL. The installer did a great job. I also had a Viper alarm/remote start and key fobs done at the same time. It took the entire day but the guy knew what he was doing and my car looked the same if not better when done. He took the time to help program in my phone with the Bluetooth to the deck and go over all the features of the new A Kenwood deck as well as the ne w security system. I would say definetly look at the reviews of the installers as they do vary from store to store. But I highly recommend the guy at the Harlem & Irving store in Chicago, IL.

I was hoping to find the Techs name before writing this review. I was blown away. He was everything you could hope for, made choices that increased his labor just to deliver superior results. Walked through controls at the end. Professional and Friendly. I’ll be back. My thanks to him. My son loves the upgrades. Merry Christmas Best Buy!

The installation of the new Pioneer audio system for my grandson's Toyota pickup was excellent. Only by knowing that my wife and I had purchased the system would I have known it wasn't a factory installed system. All the features were integrated perfectly and worked as they were designed. The wiring harness was out of sight, out of mind. The backup camera worked correctly and the wiring kit was also run in a discrete location and out of the way in the event of some off road 4-wheeling. Overall, it was a job done well, and we were more than pleased with the final product.

Professional service I received at the Geek Squad of the City of Industry. They did forget to connect the illumination wire for my head unit, but it's fine, my car is simple enough to take the dash piece out.

The installers at the Tempe market place location are Awesome! They answered all my questions prior to the install. I believe it was Sean (I hope) that actually did the install. Clearly experienced and good at what he does this install turned out amazing!!!! The work was done on time and then he went over the install and operaron of the unit with me and helped me setup my phone with my new head unit. Truly an outstanding experience. I highly recommend this shop and team.

Bought a second one for my daughter! I wish my Fj Cruiser had a better location for the camera other than my license plate

While the team was very nice and professional when I dropped off my car for the installation, their work could be better. Before the new stereo was put in (Pioneer AVH-X391BHS), I had the basic factory model. However, the steering wheel controls worked as they should. They were not connected to the radio itself, but worked for changing the trip mileage and such. During the install, the team called me and informed me it would be over $100 to hook up the new unit to the steering wheel. I said no, but assumed the controls that worked before would still work after the fact, seeing as they had nothing to do with the radio. They also offered a video bypass switch for $10, which I also turned down because I figured I don't have kids, I won't need video whilst driving. However, maps such as Waze require the video bypass to work on the unit's screen, which I did not know at the time. It wouldn't be such an issue, because that is what i told them to go without, however the unit will not support video at all even with the parking brake applied as the manual says to do. So whatever connection to the parking brake they needed to make, is simply not there. So with that I give their work 3 stars because I am disappointed they could not carry through with the job that comes with the basic installation without upgrades. When I have tried calling back to see if they can resolve the video issue, they say they'll call me back but never do. Sup par experience.

The install service is FANTASTIC. Very pleased with their work. They flush mounted our KENWOOD radio and remote start. They installed the microphone & remote start antenna and it is not noticeable at all.

They did an amazing job installing my Radio. When I had questions they were great at answering them. They were quick to do their work and they did a really good job implementing them. I've had no issues with any of the work they did and it has been quite a while since they put the radio in.

Great installation job. Can't recommend enough!!!

The install guy was super fast but I only rate it a 3 because. We drop off the vehicle 30 minutes before are install appointment. He said it would take one hour. We went and did some shopping for 1 1/2 hours came back and he had not even started on my vehicle. There was no phone call telling us anything. When I ask why he had not started he replied. We are not allowed to back out the vehicles and was waiting on the owner of the vehicle in the bay to arrive. I get that but he pulled in the vehicle and there was another bay open he could of used.

The installation started when scheduled and completed without any installation issues. The installer went over operating instructions. My only issue was with the sales person who failed to explain that if I wanted Serius Radio , I needed to purchase additional components, which now will require additional cost and another install appointment, all inconveniencing me.

Joe was patient and diligent belong me choose the best unit for my vehicle. He did an excellent job making sure everything was exactly perfect. Professional and knew his stuff. Excellent experience and would not hesitate to come back in the future .

The installation was good and quick enough but he had to leave the USB dangling from the dash. He said he could have added a port for an additional $20. Really? Paid $400 for the radio, made appointment for install 2 weeks in advance and they had to reschedul, install is normally $100, and over $50 for cabling and Metro dash kit and they couldnt clean up the USB so it was driver-accessible? Also I had to do a firmware upgrade to the unit to make the time stay correctly.

Clean and perfect, on schedule, efficient and friendly. Great job!
