Installer was great and very knowledgeable. Took his time to get install right and looks factory with better stereo.

Picked up a great car stereo at Best Buy and needed install. Esteban was amazing. Extremely friendly and professional. Went out of his way to explain everything before hand. Once installed, he talked us through the features and set up to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Could not have been more pleased with the whole process.

I bought a new car stereo at best buy, and I was offered a free installation. And they did great job.

The guys that installed our car audio system were fantastic. Professional service and very knowledgeable. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I would of gave a five star but the installed forgot to connect the ONSTAR which I had to make another appointment to fix the problem. But other than that they were very informative and gave me a tutor on how everything worked with the radio. I’m very pleased.

Manager explained to me what parts I needed before I got there. I had the parts and everything went smoothly. Loved the end result. The only negative thing I have to say is don't pay attention to showing up 10 mins early. It's always packed and they almost never can get around to you before your appointment time.

Want will some scratches were created but I understand the installer had with radio model into older vehicle

Great professional installation. Only down sides are took bit long to be able to make an appointment and installation itself and had to comeback for one issue. But friendly crew and responsible to make fix quickly make me feel comfortable doing business with these guys in the future.

The install of my Pioneer deck looked great. It took them about 3 hours to complete the install. They ran the usb and aux cable to a seperate compartment below the deck. When the install was complete the technician showed me how the Pioneer unit works and set up my phone for bluetooth. Very professional and courteous. This is the 3rd deck I have had installed at this best buy. I would recommend them to others.

They connected my radio and all the parts that came with it , everything worked great .

Radio was looks great had all the features I was looking for now and able to add more in the future which I really like because sometimes you can’t get all the add on now but I can work on getting it late. I would buy it again in fact I have a second car I I might put one in.

Oscar at Almaden San Jose Best Buy installed it super fast and was very professional throughout the process and even called me to make sure I knew the product was finished installing. I’ll be going back here for more car upgrades In the future!

I first had the radio installed at the Alpharetta location. The fit and finish of the installation was very poor. I did not have confidence they could correct it. Took the vehicle to the Cumming Ga store and Tom did a fantastic job fixing the botched installation. Fantastic customer service and follow up. 5 stars for Tom and the Cumming Ga geek squad.

I love best buy, specifically because of the deals they have for electronics. Thatp geek squad is a life saver for the peoples that love to save or have big families that buy their kids electronics and get broken damaged or need a little fix.........

I was going to install it myself with the help of a friend. It became instantly way to complicated. Thought I could save some money. Took it into the Geek Squad. I am so glad I did. He knew exactly where to put all the cables and wires including the back up camera. How to take off and replace any and all covering to hide the wiring. I'm so satisfied!!!!!!

Big Shout out to Lenny-store sales and James (I think) installer. I came in to the Dedham store location and these two gentlemen had a new In-dash stereo in my truck in under an hour. Right time right place! Thank you! That’s customer service!

My stereo install was more complex than usual, having to deal with integrating two existing dvd players in the back seat, steering wheel control buttons, and a back up camera. But Jonathan Palacios at the Riverside store walked me through the whole process and got the job done right. Thank you Jonathan for helping a not so tech savvy person!

My tech, Jonathan, did a professional job of installing my Boss Audio BT DVD/MP3/CD/ AM/FM Receiver w/ motorized flip out 7" screen. It required making changes to how the device was mounted into my dash to allow proper clearance between the dash & the screen when it flips out. Even better, the installation was free!!

they took my older dodge truck a 2002 and installed my newer 2 din stereo with xm and all, and made it look brand new like it had been there all along. And to resolve the not having steering wheel controls due to vehicle being too old they offer a perfect remote control solution I got online. Excellent Tech service
