The ease of the way my technician diagnosed the issue with my old stereo and installed the new one while I waited was awesome! They are a great squad and are always courteous.

Purchased a $89 Sony with free installation. Made a appointment and done. Took lees then a hour and all my questions answered but tech. Nice job.

I had my stereo installed, but the Bluetooth only works 1/2 the time. I can call out with it, but cannot receive calls with it. I also think there's a short in the wiring somewhere.

The agent installed the car radio along with a sirius receiver and four speakers. He did a great job and it looks and sounds great.

The Techs installed a Kenwood radio in my 1999 Ford Ranger and it looks better than factory worn . They were very professional and will defiantly use them again

Courteous and professional installation. Because I had a non-OEM radio previously, there wasn't any installation kit required. Didn't take long and Best Buy electronically recycles the old radio.

The tech did an excellent job installing a new stereo in my mom's 2003 Toyota Corrolla. He even showed he how to connect her iPhone to the stereo via bluetooth.

The technician did an excellent job installing my new deck. It is a Kenwood and is an FM Bluetooth USB etc. etc. player. I am totally pleased with the product. And the installation.

Install went well. The young man was all by himself, but did a great job on the install. Shop staff was very good and ordered what I needed. When I chatted online they told me some incorrect info, but shop staff got it straight.

It has all of the items (UBS port, Blue Tooth with easy to install microphone) to update my needs. The CD player is excellent also. The sound is clear, especially for a convertible. Good Unit.
