1st apt on a Sunday morning. He came to the car, looked to see if I had everything he needed, explained how the install would happen, the risks of the install, and how long it was going to take

I used the geek squad to have my back up camera installed on my jeep and then connected to my radio. Super happy with my decision to use the geek squad.. they did an excellent job! In addition, I didn’t have to wait long to schedule it, and on the day of the install, they were super quick and efficient. Lastly, I wanted the camera installed in a specific spot, they listened and did exactly what I asked. I won’t go anywhere else to have anything installed..geek squad is top notch!

I could not be happier. Johnny did a fantastic job, from ensuring I had all the parts I needed to even telling me I could return some. He was very thorough before the installation, and was very attentive after, ensuring I knew what was working and that there were some things I needed to do on my phone to make sure the new system worked. Lastly, he was extremely fast. Had the new install done in about an hour. I can't say enough good things about the quality and professionalism of the service.

Friendly and fast service, good installation of radio

Installers were great and quick. In and out in about 40/45 minutes. Installation looks great.

They were very knowledgeable and also advised concerns with steering wheel buttons. They suggested a slightly different model that didn’t have know issues with the steering wheel buttons.

My sales associate suggested we consult with the installation team to make sure I purchased a unit that would work best in my older Yukon. I was replacing an older Pioneer unit. After asking some questions they recommended the Alpine unit based on needed features and price. They made some suggestions to keep costs down, too. I wanted a new backup camera so they booked extra time in case that proved challenging. They were ready when I came in and finished the installation a bit early. It all looked solid and tight. Everything worked beautifully. The fellow offered to help me pair my phone but I like doing that stuff so I declined. Both installers were super nice and East to work with. This is our third car stereo system purchase and install with Best Buy and it won’t be the last. Well done!

The agent/technican was very friendly and professional and made sure to do a good and clean job we appreciate his service.

Issues came up with the product manufacturer that the tech in the installation bay took initiative to look up and research to fix it to continue. Other install shops would have just said sorry and have the customer do the leg work and get the parts needed. The best buy tech did all the leg work and even found better ways to not have problems down the line. Assured me that if any issue does come up to call him directly and it would be resolved at no extra cost. Not only will IIIstick with best buy I will recommend them to everyone I see. Awesome job!!!!!
