Tom did a GREAT job at helping me out with multiple issues I was having with a stereo system. He really went above and beyond to help me out, including working overtime to troubleshoot and driving to another store HIMSELF to exchange a defective unit I received. He even used some extra time he had to do some light cleaning in my vehicle because he felt so bad with how much time and effort I had already spent on the many issues I have had with Best Buy and this product. He was kind and polite, and if he didn't make me feel so hopeful that he could help, I definitely would have returned over $350 worth of products because I was so frustrated with all of the issues I was having. Tom deserves a pay raise because you don't want to lose a good employee like him.

I love the installation except I can no longer open y trunk on my truck after the installation. I can only open the window to the trunk. I’m not sure what happened. I didn’t notice until I went to open my trunk. The techs who did the installation had great customer service though.

The technician were very nice and explained how everything works once the stereo was installed. The installation did take twice as long as it should have, which is fine that they took the extra time to get it done right. The technician did cause some very slight damage my touchscreen, but it was a very small scratch that I probably wouldn't have noticed unless they pointed it out to me, so I appreciate the honesty.

The installers were professional and courteous. The main installer was experienced and walked me thru the installation and the final product was a great stereo, great workmanship, and great service putting in a dbl din alpine stereo in my 1994 Ford Mustang Convertible. Well done Best Buy!!!

Appointment was scheduled in advance. Employees were quick and efficient with the install. Had an issue with the 12v outlet after install but they fixed it for me. Great job and service!

The audio install tech were of great help. I've been working on this issue with Best Buy for a few days. The tech install guys took the time from their install to help me and resolve my issue. So appreciative.

Installation of single den pioneer NX unit. Took a little over two hours, but it was before the store open and the staff was friendly enough to pull me out a chair and let me sit there since I was from out of town Big shout out to the guys out in Jordan Creek for doing the installation of my car You guys have been great and back

This was my first time upgrading an auto stereo system and had a lot of questions. Manny was awesome in helping me through the process and making the experience as easy as possible - everything from ordering the equipment and picking it up at a local BestBuy to find a suitable time for the install. In fact, when the original appointment at another BestBuy location had to be canceled, Manny stepped in and made time to squeeze us into his schedule. When I needed to make a follow-up visit to tweak one of the equipment, he was able to promptly provide the support we needed even though it was very close to closing time. All-in-all, it was an excellent experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend Manny and the Secaucus store.

Purchased a new radio for my vehicle and went with Best Buy because they had the radio I wanted, were comparable in price with Crutchfield, and the install was free. Saved me the hassle. They scheduled and 1-2 hours to do it but since I was the only vehicle in the shop at the time, two employees worked on it and got it done in about 45 minutes! It was a clean install and everything worked fine. The only problem was they did not tell me how to set up the bluetooth. (The settings option on the radio was not available.) I had to go to the website to read the detailed instructions to find out that I needed to engage the emergency brake a few times to get the settings option to pop up. Easy enough once I new what to do. Other than that, great job.

Installed a replacement radio that has a HDMI port but they didnt know what cord worked with it. They guessed and I spent 30 dollars on it and it was wrong. Come to find out after much searching for the right one. It works now and only paid 6 dollars well really 36 I guess

My install was timely and seamless. I appreciated how honest the techs were in explaining if I needed a kit or not. They were informative and helpful.

Tony in the installed department was very help. We were able to complete the install on the first trip for an aftermarket Pioneer Apple Carplay radio in my son's car. He show me what parts to purchase, and to call to schedule a second appointment to finish the install. Thank you to Tony for taking his time to make sure my son's car was working.

They were very professional but installation took 3 times to get it right , I had to drive 1hr 3 Saturday's in a row because they couldn’t get the steering wheel controls or backup. Camera to work , it works great now but I was charged for each visit
