Was very nice, explained what he was going to do for the install, gave the correction suggestion for the fit was honest about the price but gave the quality a thumbs up. unfortunately, I picked the vehicle up after he had left was blown away the dash was very professionally done and the stereo changed looked as if it upgraded the SUV, , the music was louder and much crisper, he did a good job cause it was a lot putting/ installing it in a Jeep, i was so impressed I made an effort to go back the next morning to thank him in person, Again Thanks Victor Thumbs UP. The stereo works well and I am plenty happy with that, but the tech that serviced my car returned it with many panels misaligned as well and various clips broken/bent. I had to pull quite a few panels apart to fix it back up.

He did such a great job that when i had to remove the dash cam (to put in another car) i struggle for a soild hour + and what ever sticky stuff they used i could not get the same result

Have had many items installed in my vehicles by Best Buy. Always right the first time.

I had Geek Squad install an Alpine iLX-107 and a PAC RPK4-HD1101 into my Honda Accord. I've had two appointments so far, and a third at the end of the week, because on the first attempt some instructions weren't followed for the PAC kit installation and the vents above the radio were not working. That was fixed by the second appointment, along with some other issues I had. Now the third appointment is set up because the radio is having a slight malfunction, so a new one has been ordered and being put in the day that it arrives at the store. I mostly can't complain. The only thing I've had to pay was a $5 materials fee and I really like the new setup.

Install team was pleasant and got the job done. Waiting areaa could be better and access from store should not be locked.

The Best Buy worker who installed my car radio/dash demonstrated excellent customer service, despite recent shortages on his team and other regional Best Buy stores. He also took the time to explain the issues he had with my car and how this could be remedied in the future.

The car audio Geek Squad team in Palmdale is the best. We have used them a couple of times and their service is amazing. They always ensure that we have what we need, leave the cars mess-free, and when they see us in the store later, ask us how the installs are working out. They have been great at recommending products as well, keeping us from buying more than we need or can support for our applications.

BB car electronic techs installed my alpine ilx-w670 swiftly and efficiently. They even guide you with instructions on how to operate your new HU. Installation was clean/precise and the techs were very respectful of me and my car. I will come back for their services.

The agent that installed my car stereo did a phenomenal job. It looked great. It sounded great. He spent the time with me to teach me how to use the system. I could not recommend them enough.

The end result of the installation is great. The head unit works as advertised. But what I didn't like was the fact the job was scheduled for an hour and a half. I actually ended up staying 3 hours total because the tech didn't let me know he was having an issue with the install. I would have understood about the situation if he gave me the respect to explain it to me. And then when the job was complete I come to find out that the mic for the hands free wasn't connected to the head unit. I had to schedule another appointment to have this connected. The job was done well but there was a lack of attention to detail and just bad customer service communication.

I was more than very impressed on how perfect the installation was. It looks better than I had even hoped it would. The downside I have is that I was never shown how to use or setup anything in the unit. I cannot figure out the GPS, setup and lock in radio stations, set the time, etc. The user manual that came with the stereo unit is poorly written to help with any of it. I am scheduled on March 31st to have the Geek Squad install a universal backup camera on the same vehicle. I need them to show me how to use it all.

This time around the installers are different crew and seem to know what they are doing. Got the car there early then went to get some food and they finished 30min early so we had a crash course on how to use the new deck they installed. I was also assured if their was any problem then let them know and they’d fix it.

I am very pleased with the decision to let Geek Squad install my new car receiver, a job that I had done myself in the past. The installation included a new car receiver, steering wheel controls and a backup camera. The installer was very competent and attentive. He did a great job cleaning up the mess of wiring I had created during my previous installations. He asked for feedback during the installation and made sure to do it exactly the way I wanted (e.g. backup camera placement). He performed the work cleanly and efficiently. I am very happy with everything he did and everything was functioning perfectly the first time - something that never happened when I used to do it myself :)

We recently purchased a new Kenwood stereo deck from our local Best Buy. It came with free installation from the Geek Squad. They called me immediately to set up an install date. Installation was done very well and it looks and sounds great in our vehicle. We are very happy with the service we received.

Good service, but the time estimate was off by two hours so I was delayed two hours of getting my car back and I had to be somewhere 30 min after I got my car so I was rushed and was not expecting that. My apple CarPlay is echoing when I’m on the phone so I need to bring it back in to be fixed.
