I had my BOSS Touchscreen radio installed by Geek Squad. There was a few things i will remember for next time, but the fault could be my own for not reading more into it. I ended up buying the wrong Dash Kit so i had to reschedule for 2 weeks after my appointment date. Which wasn't great news because i had already had to reschedule once before. But after leaving my vehicle with thw Geek Squad technician, he had the car for a little under 2 hours and had it done exactly the way I wanted it. He was very pleasant & answered all the questions I had after the install.

The Geeks at Best Buy Northlake (Charlotte) do it right. I lucked into being helped by Melanie quite a while ago. She makes dealing with the items I've bought at BB worry free. She hooked me up with Jesse James to have my car receiver installed. William (His real name) went over everything I needed to make sure I was happy then installed everything very quickly then went over the features of the new radio+. Best Buy, even as big as they are, should always remember to value and do what they can for their good employees. The two mentioned above from the Geek Squad reflect on my confidence in choosing Best Buy. Anyhow, the installation went WAY better than I expected and I'll be back.

Amazing service as always. I would highlight: I was kept informed of all job details from beginning to end. Very courteous guy taking care of the job. The service fee also very fair IMO. And the job took a reasonable amount of time. Would go back to the same store for any future car job.

I bought a stereo for my vehicle at best buy. The install was done in a timely manner. I was very happy, except I wanted to tip the installer. As I tried he was already saying company policy is not to except tips. I said I don't care!!! Here!!! He said no he can't! I laughed and said Whatever, Here! He said firmly, No sir I Can't take it! I was upset. I still am!! They did a Great job and I was thoroughly impressed . I want to Tip!!! When he turned around I put it on the table and left! This was years before the Corona Virus so that wasn't the issue. Other than that I'm a Happy Camper with some Rocking Beets.

Paid $99 for install of an advanced AV radio, plus harness and cables. When I drove around to get it installed, I was told there would be an additional $50 installation fee because of the extra cutting of the dashboard to get the radio to fit. I told them I wasn't going to pay an additional $50 because I had already paid extra to get the radio installed (regular dashboard install is 69.00). They hassled me for a bit and wanted me to sign the installation contract with the $50 extra fee tacked on. I told them I wasn't going to pay any more after already paying nearly $900 for the radio, harness, cables and installation. They finally agreed and installed the radio. If BB is going to charge extra for installation, they need to notify the customer up front and not after they have already paid for everything. I will say they did a good job installing the radio. Very secure. They vacuumed up the mess afterwards from the dashboard bits that were removed. I would recommend this service to a friend as long as they were aware of the "extra charge" up front.

I was very happy with the whole process from scheduling installation to follow up after the installation... They were able to answer all my concerns prior to the installation in insuring we had everything needed for the installation. They were very upfront about everything. As the day of installation they end up short an installer and were calling to reschedule or reschedule people. They informed me that sense my car was already there he would get it in right after is first schedule appointment but it might take longer then originally discussed. Then upon installation I detected a rattle and they took care of it that day and was done in maybe 5 minutes. Very professional installation for beginning to end.

The installation text was very nice at drop off and even refunded items that weren’t needed. However when we picked up the car and drove it home the front speakers sounded terrible. Adjusted the settings to filter the bass through the sub and it was much better but Not great. Checked the front speakers and they were busted. They were factory and old and couldn’t handle the high bass that it was set on when we picked it up. So had to order some new front speakers. Also the aux plug in the car doesn’t work which is kind of a bummer. They did a great job hiding the Bluetooth microphone.

John W., the Autotech at the Trussville, AL store is an expert installer! His work was fast, efficient and looked like it was installed by a professional. I had a Pioneer AVH-2330 NEX installed with a Metra License Plate Back-up camera installed together. I had some electrical issues after installation that John helped my troubleshoot, and eventually he determined that I had a bad battery, even though Auto Zone tested it good. A week later, it tested bad and was replaced. There is a lifetime warranty on the installation and they will re-install factory radio for free if you ever sell the vehicle and want to keep the radio you had installed. I highly recommend Geek Squad Autotech installation!

Great work! Did the job fast and well done. I sat in the waiting room with my toddler and waited patiently for what I thought would take over an hour but it took less than an hour.

Tech did excellent job installing car stereo. Was fast and efficient. Made sure he took good care of my car while in his possession. Would highly recommend his services again. If I ever need another stereo I will return to Best Buy and the tech

The service i received at Best Buy was top notch. While my items had been paid for, the order was never placed. This ended up being a lengthy process untangling this mess, but the Best Buy salesperson and the manager were very professional and patient. They were apologetic and efficiently solved the problem.
